This Sonic is a disaster. We pulled into stall 7 hit the call button, it turned red and we waited. 5 minutes later two cars pulled up on both sides of us. They got waited on right away. I got out of my car and told a car hop we have been here 10 minutes and the cars just pulling in have ordered already and so something must be wrong with stall 7. She said she would ask. Got back into my car nothing. So I got out and this time went inside to tell them. The girl yelled at me and said they take orders as people hit the red button. She couldn't get it through her head that something is wrong. We were one of three cars when we pulled in, now there are 20 cars and all getting service but us. What a nightmare. We used to eat here at least once a week. All was wonderful, until now. The last 3 weeks have been terrible, but yesterday was the last straw! We ordered from the app, as we always do. selected for food to be ready ASAP, which usually means about 5-7 minutes. We pulled into a stall & checked in. After waiting in the stall for 35 minutes, & tried to check on our paid order. We were told it wasn't in que, but they would make it & bring it out. 2 Minutes later she brought our food. I came in for a DoorDash order for ONE large Coke and the lady has walked out with six different orders that were not for our order. When we had asked how long our order was gonna take, they stated multiple times that it would be ready and out soon, it has been well over 20 minutes. On top of that, I've seen them get other cars who have come in after us out. I could see them messing around through the windows clearly not caring for customers needs. It's incredible just how far this place has gone downhill since we moved to this quaint town. The service is awful. You can order ahead in the app and after 37 minutes we are still waiting for our order to be delivered. Who knows just how long it will be. After 15 or so I buzzed in to verify the order was received and we showed as checked in. I was told yes to both and then disconnected when I asked how long it would be. Considering it was lunch time I've tried to be patient but this is beyond ridiculous. Doubt the manager gives a rip either. Been nearly a year since the last bad visit. After a long drive from California to Arizona we needed to stop and eat some food. We were almost to phoenix with a car full of kids and as for options for food there isn't much in Chino Valley. This was great, so I thought, for small children to get out and wiggle and eat some food. You pull up and order at the board. You can also pay right there as well. That is convenient. We then got out and sat at the center tables. We were a party of 8, 4 of which were kids. We needed two tables. They brought the food out. Which was a mix of burgers, fries, tatter tots, hot dogs and corn dogs. The only edible food in the bunch were the hot dogs and corn dogs. Everything else was so incredibly salty it was inedible. I was disgusted. The salt content was unbearable. It really put me off Sonic. Ive had Sonic in the past and I don't know what they have going on at this location. The next time on the way through, I will not be stopping here. A gas station probably has better food options. read more

I had a half price blast on my app. I ordered a Snickers blast with brownie bits on top. The entire blast was brownie with brownie topping and a TINY TINY bit of snicker pieces on the very top. I asked to speak to a manager. Troy "General manager" came out and was argumentative saying it is a Snickers blast because he made it himself. I asked to have it remade. He just stirred it and added more brownie topping and brought it back. Customers are NOT valued here AT all, especially locals!!! I got the blast for my disabled wife to help with the heat. Have only had desserts here and they have been really good. I've given 4 stars only because both times I've ordered a vanilla malt, the malt is put in first and there's always a big glob of it unmixed at the bottom.
