I recently moved to the area and decided on having dinner here over any other fast food burger place in town. I hadn't eaten all day and was starving. I ordered the whopper meal with onion rings. Picked up to-go today for lunch. A few whoppers, a few cheeseburgers, and a few fries. I asked for an apparently unusual request. New person at register was very polite and professional, but she needed help with the request. Everyone was awesome and accommodating. We have never had an issue here at this BK. We actually like BK when craving fast junk food. I wish this location could figure out how to properly operate. Is it an owner/management issue? I am guessing yes. They don't accept with the BK app. The are unable to find someone to operate drive through that doesn't seem to hate life or seem under the influence. This Burger King is Aweful!!!! The Employees don't care about the customers and act as if we are bothering them to come into this restaurant. The floors are not cleaned or even swept up ... It is disgusting.... the ketchup dispenser was out of ketchup and they had no salt. I let one of the employees know that the ketchup dispenser was out and he said it has been that way for a long time. No one cares at this restaurant and it shows. Whoever owns this should not be owning restaurants. Went through drive thru with my son and grandson trying to use our Burger King app deals , the chick in the drive thru (lady would be a false term) said they no longer take those , mumble mumble about corporate , then more mumbling saying we only take coupons , I asked her where's the coupons and to get me some . This is the worst BK. Since it's privately owned, forget using the BK app. They charge $1-1.50 more than other BK's. And you wait forever in the drive thru. I got 2 double cheeseburgers, one for me one for my dog on May 25th. It was $6.36. Today June 2nd it was $7.86. The first time I went thru the drive thru last year, I ordered a double cheeseburger and an iced tea. 16 minutes later, with just one car ahead of me the whole time, i was given my drink, but where's the hamburger? I was excited when this place was first put in. But now? Not so much. Every single time they mess up orders even if it's simple small ones. The dining area is open sometimes. Their ice cream is never available so don't expect to get anything like it. Last time I was there I ordered through the drive through and watched them assemble the food with no gloves on. Don't bother stopping in this Burger King, it was the worst meal I have ever had. To start out the lady behind the counter didn't even know how to give me the combination meal that included the melt, sticks and drink, everything was done separate and cost me $11.49 instead of the $7.00 as advertised. Ate here, had disgusting food! Next day sick as a dog, throwing up.. Ordered a Whopper meal, the drink was simply soda "water" as there was no syrup, obviously the moron that works here didn't replace the syrup. Went there for lunch today, ordered 2 Woppers with cheese, one of them double -Regular, one triple - plain. Got home and they had put everything on both. My wife called and they said they would remake the order. My wife said she could hear someone saying that we were just trying to rip them off and he knew one of those burgers was plain and we wouldn't bring back the food. I got there and gave them back the messed up order and the girl said that she was sorry and she gave us large fries instead of small. I got home and BOTH burgers were ALMOST plain, they both had Mayo and a few lettuce scraps. $27 & change for 2 burgers that they couldn't even get right on the 2nd try. My mother and one of her friends unfortunately tried to eat at this new Burger King and was assaulted physically and mental berated with food and foul language and the fact that they were old so, that their lives obviously sucked that it made them mad according to the young little brats that work there. They tried to order some food and there was a mistake with the order? A minor mistake that normally would have been solved without violence threats and vulgar language. Yet not at this new Burger King because they have top-notch staff? I'm not exactly sure how it started but food started flying and the manager was in on throwing the food and swearing at the customers along with her underlings, whom were I believe my mother said were filming the altercation? When I'm referring to assault I'm referring to the fact that they were pelted with food and foul language etc.The obvious question here is why can't Burger King do better? I've made several phone calls to the corporate headquarters you can't get ahold of anybody because Corporate America takes pride in hiding from all their customers. I've also sent several emails also have not heard anything back. In the small town of Chino Valley Arizona we need every business we have and I was very happy when I heard that we were getting a Burger King yet the reality is far from the wish. My mother has also made several phone calls and they promised to get back and her friend contacted corporate as well likewise have not heard back this is been at least over a month. I ordered the family bundle, got home and didn't have the 2 junior whoppers that are in the deal...mozzarella sticks were cold and stale (didn't even bring this up) I called the store and sure enough they said they were looking at the whopper juniors and I didn't get them- just asked that they make new ones so I didn't get cold ones and maybe throw in another one to make up for it -this is the chino valley, az location and it's rural so we don't live close- sure enough I went back and got 2 cold whoppers and 1 hot one...very disappointed and trying to be cool and understanding since this newer location always gets bad reviews but seriously?? Tried to place an order for their 10$ deal with whoopers and cole, easy enough right , well not so here , girl started going on how whoopers cost 6.49 cents I said ok , I want the 10$ deal with whoopers and coke , then she goes on about something else , anyway I left, called the store to speak with a manager about the issue of an employee needing some comprehension training, what I got was a lecture on how they are short staffed, how chino valley is short staffed, how Arizona and our country is short staffed and how globally we are short staffed, ok I said but how does that factor in to your employee not having comprehension skills and her answer was sir I just explained to you how we are short staffed, so I asked again how does you being short staffed have anything to do with one of your employees not understanding complete , said clearly, sentences?
