I have problems with even one star considering the total incompetence of the manager and staff. Rude, would absolutely not listen and persistently talked over me and would not check to see if I had already paid then attempted to double-charge me for their screw-up and held my food hostage until I produced the two receipts (which one was for the right amount, but items I did not order, but apparently paid for) after paying for the first screwed up order and second re-order difference. read more

So I would definitely say I am a sonic lover but honestly this sonic was not it. It was late around 11pm yet closing time was 12pm so I didn't see an issue ya know coming so late. I was with a bunch of girls but we ordered using the app which was super nice and had one order using the red button car hop. The orders came in quick but service was terrible. The employees were rude and had little to know enthusiastic personality and maybe the quick service was the reason our food orders had some problems. Popcorn chicken cold, not getting condiments, missing items, and more. It's frustrating especially when we orders 30 dollars worth of food. I get the late night circumstances but the attitude received was not needed. I shouldn't be getting "in trouble" when they make multiple drinks flat and gross. Very upsetting. read more

The grilled cheese sandwiches are the worst part of the experience and they're not terrible, just not especially good. Wait we got to the bottom of the bag and there was only 1 mint and 2 salts... for 2 slushes and 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. I think they do up the bags in advance but it shouldn't be that hard to drop in another mint or more based on the order. Save money on the salt by not giving that out unless folks ask! Anyway back to the grilled cheese sandwiches, they were browned but squishy, not a crispy outer part of the bread with soft gooey cheese on the inside, like a grilled cheese should be. The whole thing is just squishy so it's not quite the right or expected texture combo, but it's warm gooey cheese and bread so it's not bad either! And we got free slushes due to coupons from the library reading program, which they honored even though they were officially expired, so you can't go to wrong if you need something quick and cheap to eat and drink, or a treat like a slush, which is rare for us. :-) Service was prompt both in ordering and in delivering the food to us also, and the gal bringing the food was friendly. So let me start by saying that this review is ONLY for my last experience with Sonic dated on 7/10/2018. I ordered a Large Cherry Limeade frozen, a Medium Cherry Limeade frozen, and a Large Coke. After ordering, the drivethru cashier specifically asked me if they were Strawberry or Cherry, I replied with Cherry. Once I got to the window, the cashier took my CC and gave me back a receipt. Then gave me a large drink, a medium drink and a large coke. When he gave me each drink, he told me what they were. I drove up a car length because I do not think he gave me my CC back. I looked around a little bit and no one came to give my card back so I went to the window and he held up my card. He walked around and told me that he didn't charge me yet and asked me what my order was again. I told him and he said, Yeah, Yeah, I got it. He went back, then came out and handed me my card and a receipt. I swear he charged me twice so I checked Online and sure enough, They charged me twice and it was for different prices. I went back to the window and told them he charged me twice, he looked online and saw there was two pending transactions for Sonic. The Cashier went back inside to Void one of the transactions. So after all of that, I left and got to work. I took a drink of my Frozen drink and it was STRAWBERRY. then my co-worker messages me and said hers was not Cherry either. I cannot believe on one order how almost everything went wrong. Especially when they asked me and I confirmed it was CHERRY!!! Something at this Sonic has changed and it's a great change. The lighting and the menu boards appear to be new and functioning well. I had a cheeseburger here last week and it was delicious!! The shakes are made with real Ice cream and the service was quick. They are open till midnight, they have car hops, and the place lit up like a Christmas Tree. read more

Have you ever woke up dying for a juicy hamburger? I did last week. I took my daughter to school, went home, and looked up where to go. Sonic was my 1st choice. I am there about 10 minutes after opening. I place an order for two #1's, a footlong cheese coney w/onions, and a drink. I pay and receive the order and drive home. Turn on the TV and dig in. As so far as I can tell they weren't rancid, but they were OLD and reheated. I tried the next one, OLD and reheated. Tried the footlong, it wasn't all that good and I couldn't tell if it is old or not. My point is this: apparently this restaurant has no problem saving a buck by giving you old food that is advertised as fresh. Think about that next time you want to visit. read more

Didn't offer me dipping sauces for the chicken strips, and when I requested some, the carhop only brought two. Stingy. Likewise, no fry sauce or ketchup offered for the extra order of tater tots and onion rings. .I have always liked Sonic tater tots plain, but my wife expects sauce. My hamburger was pretty good... wish they had it straight-forward on the menu, so I didn't have to order it as a cheeseburger, and hold the cheese. .Don't know what they did to the onion rings, but they did not have much onion flavor. Twice I have gotten blast from this Sonic and each time the insides of the foam cup were all cut up and led to particles of foam in the ice-cream. It make the ice cream all gritty tasting and I hate the idea that I'm literally consuming foam. The first time I thought maybe it was a mistake with a new employee and let it slide, then it happened with a second blast and then with a chocolate milkshake. It's Sonic. It isn't the greatest thing ever but it isn't bad. I have been to numerous Sonic in different cities and States. Some are better than other. I tried this one for the first time tonight and it was one of the better ones. Hubby and I went through the drive through, and had no issues ordering. They were a little slow in getting the food out to us but it wasn't to long, maybe it was just a coordination issue but nothing crazy. The girl who was on the intercom was friendly and upbeat, the girl who rang us up was less so, but I think she was a newer hire so I don't hold it against her. The order came to us correctly which can be a problem with drive thrus. As for the food we both got the double bacon cheeseburgers, the burger themselves were fine but like usual don't have a whole lot of flavor. Again Sonic is fine to go to if there aren't other options close by but there are much better fast food places out there. Other all I am not mad about my experience just underwhelmed read more

My daughter loves Sonic; this was our first (and likely last) visit to this location. While the extensive drink menu is always a crowd pleaser, the bacon on her cheese dog was burnt black. Fries were soft and greasy. Definitely not our usual experience. Bummer. read more

After seeing all of those sonic commercials on tv that make it look so yummy, we just had to try it. unlike olive garden, sonic lived up to expectations. man was it good! had the ham, egg and cheese toaster (they serve breakfast all day -yay!!), chili and cheese tater tots and a root beer float. all were great. can't wait to try some of their burgers. they have so many things on their menu it's insane. i wish they would open one in the bay (or maybe even hawaii) read more

Boy what the Dickens this place sucked went there to go get shakes. While i was there in the drive thru i got a medium chocolate Oreo shake with no whip cream. And while i took off with my shake i noticed that my hands were getting very sticky. I then noticed that there was a hole in my cup and the people at the crap sonic placed a sticker over the hole and it was melting i was very upset and went back and replaced my shake and two different people came to the window asking what was the problem. My husband bought lunch at this Sonic today and brought it home for me. I sipped on the coke all afternoon because the ice stays cold for a long time. Later I went to pour out the ice and there was something gross in the bottom of the cup. I picked it out with a fork and it looked like beige semi-solid slime with red clumps in it. Needless to say I was throwing up in the kitchen sink after finding this. When I think about the fact that I was drinking out of this all afternoon as the ice melted, I start dry heaving. read more

I have been exposed to Sonic for several years now after living in Texas. I mean in Texas they are so so popular moved here noticed a few in town but they never seemed busy. I have been to this location a few times; I have learned don't go after 8 the half price shakes make people go crazy and the lines are incredibly long just to get into the drive through or an ordering stall (the wait time is pretty high for food then too). I do like some of the items on the menu such as their boneless wings (the asian inspired sauce is the perfect blend of sweet and spicy), the chili cheese coney dogs (they are pretty good, chili is actually pretty tasty; it's a pretty big hot dog too) and the cheeseburgers ( they seem fresher than most fast food joints). My two complaints are the prices, customer service and the portion sizes. I have ordered fries or tots several times and the cup is usually half full; always seems they are little skimpy on portions when it comes to fries or tots (they are pretty expensive to begin with compared to their other competitors). The prices to me are a little high for what you get; if they are running a special(follow their FB page to keep up on those) it actually isn't a bad deal. The customer service here is always very up and down; most of the time it can be slow and the drive through wait times are pretty high. In Texas, they were a lot faster seemed like they had a better handle on operations here it just seems very chaotic. I'd recommend other places in town if you want a burger if your looking for something hot and fresh burger wise on the quick there not a bad options especially on their deal days.. read more
