We ordered a last minute LATE order onlone. three minutes before closing and didn't arrive until atleast 5 minutes later. we felt bad but it had been a hectic night. The girl at the window was still very kind. we got home and they had called us to tell us they gave us the wrong sandwiches. They remade both and added a cookie. This was the slowest Jimmy John's I've ever been to. I asked for chips in our order and then after I paid for it, I noticed that the chips were not in our bag. When I brought this to our their attention, they said I was going to have to go back through the drive-through and order again. We also asked for an ice water and when we took a drink from it, it tasted like old flat seltzer water. Not going back to this one! read more

Been to Jimmy John's before but not in a while. Hoping for a better sandwich than before I took a chance. Ended up with the same basic sandwich as before. It is a tasty sandwich but my gripe is that there is not nearly enough meat and other toppings compared to the bread. It's so light on flavor and just so plain. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. I'll stick to my other sandwich shops tho where the ingredients are more generous for the price. read more

The food was terrible and they need more. They need more drink options. Yes yes yes the service was OK. I guess. Yes the service was good. We have ordered Jinny John's catering boxes for multiple family parties. Yesterday I ordered 60 small sandwiches for a grad party and was shocked at the low quality and the amount of sandwiches lacking key ingredients. Many many of the sandwiches I had no meat on them or no tomatoes etc etc. I get mistakes are made so I called Jimmy John's and their solution was a $20 voucher for a future order. Given the amount I paid and the product I received, this just seems like a really poor way to make it right. read more

Very disappointed. The website, and Google for this location says it does not close till 10 PM. I came at 9o'clock through the drive-through and sat for five minutes with no help. I pulled up to the window to see if anyone was in there, and there were two workers. I then pulled to the front of the store and saw all of the open signs, three to be exact. The door was locked. I then called the store twice which neither of the employees picked up. I specifically came to this location because it says that they are open till 10. Extremely confused and there it's not a sign that is visible that says anything about change hours. Very disappointed. Not sure what the issue was. read more

I went in there today to grab a couple sandwiches while my grandchildren were playing at the children's Museum, the girl at the register with dreadlocks is not helpful and very unfriendly, I don't know why she is on the cash register greeting your customers because she doesn't greet she doesn't say hi and she stares down at the register while you're trying to figure out what you want instead of being helpful, someone needs to know and make changes to put someone in the front that is friendly. I was a skeptic for quite awhile with Jimmy John's, they really had to earn with me because of competitors with similar menus in my previous city of residence, but I am regretful of my previous avoidance. I LOVE that they deliver, and I will happily report FAST. The staff has ALWAYS been polite, and I rarely speak in absolutes, but ALL of my experiences have been professional, prompt, and delicious. I don't have a favorite from their menu...there are several "regulars" that I order. If it's been awhile, give 'em a try. read more

I had never heard of Jimmy John's prior to moving to Idaho. Their commercials definitely piqued my interest because the food looked great. However, I was a bit cautious because the main chain sub sandwich store in Cali has commercials with awesome looking subs as well. So, after a day of shopping with my mother in law, we decided to go try Jimmy Johns. I called home & asked for my hubby & the kids to view the online menu and give me their orders. When I arrived, I noticed that they had a drive thru (impressive), but I was a bit gun shy & opted to go inside for my order because I didn't trust in Jimmy Johns yet. As I walked into the store, I was immediately hit with delicious smells & I knew that I had made the right decision about where to eat. We were happily greeted by the guy working the register & he asked if we were ready to order. He told me to take my time & if I had any questions whatsoever to let him know. After a bit of time, my mother in law & I determined what we were having. We walked up to the register & I had an odd request. I asked the guy if it was possible for me to taste their homemade Italian dressing. I am super picky & I wanted to make sure I liked it. He thought about it for a sec & said that he wasn't sure how he could accommodate that request. I told him that he could literally put some on a shred of lettuce & that would make me happy. He obliged. The dressing was easily one of the best Italian dressings that I have ever had. We placed the following order: 2- #9 (the bigger version of the Vito) 2-Club Lulu with extra bacon 1-#11 The total for the 5 sandwiches were under $36. The guys got our sandwiches done in a very reasonable amount of time. As I sat there waiting, I was chatting with one of the employees about their products. He told me that they make their own pickles & they are to die for. I decided to go ahead and pick up some pickles. When I ordered them they asked me how I would like them sliced (whole, half, of quartered). I was so taken aback. I'm not used to fast food restaurants asking me how I would like something....well, other than if I want fries & what size soda I want. Lol. I was a bit worried about how the sandwiches would hold up on the drive home because a few of them had the Italian dressing on it, but when I got home and tasted the food there was no sogginess at all. The bread was still soft inside with a slight firmness on the outside just like an Italian roll is supposed to be. I am beyond impressed and the kids are already asking me when we are going back. I highly recommend Jimmy Johns. It's so hard to find a fast food franchise that blows you away....Jimmy Johns is the place. read more

Always fast, just like they say, and you always receive great quality subs. I go here a couple of times each week and I'm never disappointed. They're even cheaper than subway right now, and have all-in-all the best quality in their sandwiches. My favorites range from their Gourmet Veggie to the Club Lulu. I always add onions and extra lettuce because they're lettuce is so good and fresh. I had one from the Nampa location today, and it seemed to be a more bulkier sandwich than what I usually receive from this location, but im still looking forward to visiting this location since it is so close to my house. read more
