The grilled cheese was steaming, with freshly grated cheese melted to perfection. The grilled chicken was nicely encased in the cheese. However, after a few moments the cheese started to "coagulate" and it was not as fun to eat. It would be better if there was some sauce inside, the chicken was seasoned or a tomato, just something to break up the richness and tone down the heaviness. Overall, we deeply appreciated the fresh cheese but the sandwich was pretty bland. My chipotle turkey sandwich was huge....way larger than I expected. It was stacked with thinly sliced fresh turkey, tender crisp tomatoes, shredded lettuce and chipotle mayo. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and delectable, though I could not taste any chipotle flavor. Chip selection was great and love that they have Coke products so I could enjoy a Diet Coke.
