We obtained our drink cups and the large, typical drink station was nicely stocked with a nice array of soft drinks to choose from. The odd thing to me is that whenever I've eaten at any other location in the past, I think the longest I've ever waited for my meal has been maybe 9 minutes, tops. No matter the time of day or night. We waited 23 minutes for our meals. It seemed that drive-thru is priority, then to-go, then dine-in. The animal style fries were pretty good, though I'm used to it being slathered with more sauce. Thankfully, I was able to get a few sauce packets and gleefully doused to my delight. However, the bun of my burger was so over toasted! The buns were actually hard and crunchy. I'm not used to that. The burger tasted like before but it was dry and overcooked as well. The lettuce, onions, tomatoes and cheese were very fresh and flavorful. My husband had the same experience with his burger as I did. Tables were not wiped down and the condiment station was out of almost everything when we got there. They didn't refill all the cups, chilis, etc. until right before we left. I really wanted to love my visit, but after this experience, and all the convincing to entice my husband there with this result, it's unlikely we will be back.

The location is an odd spot from a main road. I ordered the "original" box which was 5 chicken strips, cole slaw, fries, toast and 1 sauce for $12.09 before tax. They make some good chicken strips. Breaded nicely and meaty but a bit on the smaller side. They also don't do anything unique to them and I think are trying to ride on their sauces to give it the extra diversity. But their sauces are ok, I have tried them all. The guthries sauce is a play off of our utah/idaho version of a fry sauce or a poor Raising Canes. Their sweet and sour sauce though always saved the day and continues to be a great compliment to the chicken. You get a whole heaping of fries and buttery toast. I was not a fan of the slaw this time or last. I will say with so many options like this in town, this place needs to do something special or I doubt they will stick around. If your lookin for a chicken strip a bit above your typical deli chicken strip, this is the spot.
