We were close to the area and we finally were able to visit and I'm sure glad we did. The restaurant is located in a nice shopping center on the corner of Eagle and Overland, immediately on the other side of 84. The location is nestled towards the back of the center and can easily be missed as it's tucked in the corner of a small lot. We were greeted with a huge smile and swift seating to a booth in the larger dining room area. Even though it was barely 11:30 am on a Saturday, the dining room was already filling with hungry customers and the kitchen was notably bustling. We had Kaitlyn as our server. She arrived with a sunny disposition and eagerness to get our orders going. Downside, due to cost, tomatoes are not available. I have to say, that kind of broke my heart a little...tomatoes, in my eyes, are a requirement for every burger. I ordered the Bleu Bacon single burger and hubby had the cheeseburger. We ordered a small fry (1/2 pound) for us to share. Food did take quite a while to come out, but our server did come by several times to check on us, refill drinks, and give us updates (apparently a large to-go order backlogged the kitchen). The burgers came out first. I was a little underwhelmed with the small burger plate and cheese that was obviously cold when added to the burger and had become a tad sweaty from being steamed instead of melted. I had little hope....but then I took my first bite. The Kaiser hamburger bun was soft, burger patty was nicely seasoned and the bleu cheese was punchy without being overwhelming. The bacon sung through. The fries quickly followed. We were surprised by the home cut style, thick and irregular...rustic and perfectly cooked. These suckers are huge. But with every fry, it was crunch-tender on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I really enjoyed our visit, but the place seemed to be a little understaffed. Several tables had plates stacked or cleaning supplies atop the tables. That aside, service was attentive and the food tasted great, even without the tomatoes.

We came in at the perfect time, it was pretty chill. We got our orders started on the kiosk. I got myself the double char burger with cheese and of course all the fixings. My parents got a couple single char burgers while my sister got a burger type sandwich. While it was all being prepared, we chilled outside since it was so nice out today. It was about a 15 minute or so wait till our food was done. Everything was bagged up nicely. I did ask if there were any peppers and ketchup packets that weren't communal. With my new kidney, I unfortunately can't use the tongs and ketchup dispenser that everyone uses. The jalapenos and peppers were a no go. But ketchup packets were available. The young man grabbed me a handful for me. He did drop a couple packets on the ground and proceeded to hand them to me. Common sense as an employee, I wouldn't give them to customers as they have hit the ground. I ended up throwing the packets away. I wasn't going to risk putting/ using dirty packets on my food. My burger was decent. The hamburger was a tad dry. I ended up putting some mustard on it to help with the dryness. I haven't eaten here for a while. I don't remember my food being so mehhh. If I remember correctly, I thought the food was great last time. Today was mehhh which is such a bummer. I was hoping for a killer burger. Customer service was ok, considering we ordered from a screen, no one really talks to you and the employee handed me ketchup packets that were dropped on the kitchen floor. My burger did it's job but could have been better tasting. With another burger joint in the same strip, you'd think they'd step up their game. Unfortunately, today was not one of those days.

I was pleasantly surprised with not only the huge selection of flavors but the amazing selection of toppings... If you can dream it, they have it I'm talking anywhere from Girl Scout cookies to fruits to every kind of candy bar you can ever imagine I found it to be incredibly reasonably priced. I did not try the food. There only had the yogurt, but they also had lots of seating and a private dining area for birthday parties. Staff was super friendly as well!

Understandably, we had high expectations given that they charge high-end prices. What we got instead were 2 burgers with flat, soggy buns that nearly fell apart after the first bite. The patties were riddled with so many small, rubbery chunks of unrendered fat that I began to worry about finding another one each time I took a bite. Sadly, we were first-time customers at Yogurtz Grill, excited to eat dinner and try their frozen yogurt for dessert. But after dinner we drove across the street and bought a tub of ice cream at Fred Meyer while wishing we had gotten McDonald's instead. Won't be coming back.
