This would explain why my order was wrong to begin with. While waiting for a replacement order, they spilled drink lids all over the floor and everyone laughed. Pure chaos. The speil of how I was welcome and would be taken care of didn't disclose the level of care I would receive. The onion rings were burnt with char marks included. I ate the lettuce sandwich and left the onion rings. I was disappointed the food made it past all the checks and to my table. I wondered how the restaurant has survived several years serving poor quality food. I realized some customers must be treated better than others, and I didn't make the cut. I would have forgotten the whole ordeal if it wasn't for the conclusion of my visit. I was asked, how everything was tonight. I responded to the fact the onion rings were burnt and I didn't eat them. The cashier responded, without hesitation, "oh, okay, that'll be $10.19." I reiterated that the onion rings were burnt and I didn't eat them. "Okay, that'll be $10.19". At this point I thought they may want to call the police, because I don't eat burnt food. She called over the server to deal with the problem customer. That just made me sad. They couldn't care less about some customers.

That was disappointing. I've got a sensitive stomach, I didn't have any issues. So I guess it would be a great place if you're on a bland diet? We may try the lunch menu, if so I'll update. My only suggestion to the restaurant is add flavor, you'd be a 5 star! You're doing great in all the other areas.
