They have messed up my order many times in the past, probably about 75% of the time. The last one was when I got their breakfast meat and cheese burrito​, and it was mostly burned bacon and grease. They don't give refunds , because when you send in a complaint for support, they create a gift card on your account as compensation, and the gift card doesn't work, and they don't do anything to get it to work because customer service is a joke . I walked into sonic in Anthem, and I don't know if one of the servers was on break, but she was just chatting with some guy and I waited for five minutes to get some thing to order and nobody showed up. She saw that I was waiting and then I walked out in a bit of a huff and of course she didn't do anything. I have no idea how the food tastes, and at this point, I probably never will given this poor level of service . It is disappointing that so many that I see that are new to customer service. I was in the area so decided to grab lunch. Felt like getting a burger and tater tots. I went through the drive thru which was hardly any wait. I got the double cheeseburger, small tater tots and small diet Dr Pepper. Total was closed to $12. Tots were decent, burger meh. Nothing special. Staff was friendly. They do. It have drive in stall. On warm spring day we were blessed enough to drive through this establishment. Oh how time seemed to slow, as we ate the amazing food. The tenders were crisp and the sauce was saucy. One car in front of me and it took Sonic 10 minutes before the car ahead could place their order and they made me wait another 10 minutes before they could take my order. 5 more minutes to prepare my order, 25 minute wait time when there is one car ahead and an empty parking lot is a joke. I recently got turned onto their limeades! Where have I been?! We were traveling so made a scenic detour through Anthem to get a drink. I'm hooked on the diet cherry limeade, and the hubby loved plain limeade. I love that they put fresh limes (and a cherry in mine!) in the drink. I also learned you can ask for easy ice. I love sonic but I hate this sonic. They are so so so slow. You could literally eat out at a fast food restaurant and finish your meal before sonic is done cooking your food and gets it out the window for you. Unfortunately sonic is the only thing in anthem that stays open late. First off, don't offer Mobil pick up if the front doors are going to be locked and we have to still sit in a drive thru full of people. what's the point of ordering ahead on the Mobil app. I always have to still sit in a long line to get my food. The people who work here, you get what you get when you go. It depends who's working. When I'm ordering, they are just rushing and don't ask if that's all, just assume your done and tell you the total will be at the window. Then same thing at the window, you pay and then don't see them again. No words, just rude and shut the window as fast as they can. It's mostly kids working from the high schools, but still have some common courtesy, and have some respect for other people who are coming to the chose to work at. Most of the food is pretty good, anytime we get french fries from sonic. They are hard and stale. So we just don't get french fries anymore. read more

This sonic does not have any stalls. It's just like a regular fast food place. Which is completely fine with me I hated the stalls anyways. Our order was correct the food was good and since we use the app even though it wasn't happy hour we still got half off our drinks so overall it was a great experience. Here's one hot tip, if you're using the app and you try to check in as you're going to go to the drive-through it's going to ask you what stall you're in. Didn't smell good whatsoever in the dining room and it gets stuck in your nose. It smells like feces. Food is tastes like the dining room and not only is the smell of sh*t stuck in your nose but now your mouth. There slushes are drink versions of the sh*t in the dining room. This restaurant, for dine in, has 5 entry doors. 4 are locked with NO signage or NO arrows pointing to the open door. Can you say ILLEGAL FIRE HAZARD for emergency exiting? We thought they were closed until we put our hands to the window to look inside. Whereas there were some teens at a table pointing to another door. We almost left. Love the diverse menu, but . . . . The food is unacceptable, even if it's fast food. Jumbo Popcorn chicken, at least half of the pieces, was popcorn batter as there was no chicken. The oil they were cooked in was rancid, or smelled like it, so the chicken also tasted rancid. The fries were so salty they were inedible. Drinks were good. *** The Health Inspector needs to visit this joint! Stopped in for take out, has been over a year since we have eaten at any Sonic. But this is the closest Sonic on our way home. Which is over 35 minutes or more away climbing up the mountains to our small town. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and jalapeno poppers to share with hubby. He ordered the Double Decker Hamburger, tator tots and drink. My first bite into the Chicken I get the nerve ending, which is altogether gross in itself. Then I try to take a bite of the chicken and its so rubbery that I cant bite a piece off. I deconstruct the sandwich and pullout the chicken piece, it was so rubbery and flimsy, it was like try to pull apart silly putty, you could bend it, twist it and stretch it. GROSS!!! That means it was left out too long and soaked in water and all at room temperature or even under room temperature. Bad! Even the cheese inside the poppers were bad, like they left them out all dry to thaw then fried them. The oil in that fryer needs to be changed and cleaned and at a 350F temp. Needless to say, we ended up in the restroom all night. Not good at all. We tried to call, no answer, tried to leave comments on website. But whoa no reply, not even a confirmation. The staff is inept and management is clearly not taking any leadership role here. One entitled teenager actually got in my face about a grievance I had. I couldn't believe it. They argue with customers, get their orders wrong and when you call them out on the horrible job they're doing, they try to provoke a fight! They open at "8am". Lobby is never open at 8 or even 8:30. Fryers are not ready by 8am to make food or even 8:30. Since the lobby isn't open you have to go through the drive and end up waiting 20 plus minutes just to find out they can't make the food you ordered. If you are "open" you should be open to make food. read more

I love the food but this Daisy Mountain location is ridiculous. The hours clearly say they are open until 11pm. Yet several times when I've gotten there at 10:15 the place is dark. I still drove up and was waited on but if I owned this place I wouldn't be happy that the employees make it appear closed. Tonight I drove up at 10:20 and not only was it dark (small lights inside only) but I drove up and got no response. Then I look up to see one of the employees peeking around out the window at me AND the car behind me. I won't be going back to this location. Ordered two sodas at 3pm on the app so I already paid when I was at the drive thur window. Waited a literal 10 mins with 4 cars behind me and watched as my two sodas sat on the table while one employee wiped a machine and two others were tickling each other. All someone had to do was hand me my drink. The worst part is when the employee finally came to the window she did not greet me. When I pointed out that I had been ignored the employee said that the person at the window had walked away when I drove up. She did not offer any apologies and overall seemed rather smug.
