We were in the area and while everyone else was having Mexican I wanted something lighter. I put in an order online and by the time I got there it was ready. They have a shelf area when you walk in for online orders. I walked in grabbed my food and was out in less than 10 seconds. I ordered a #7 turkey and provolone sub in a tub. Dog let me tell you I've never had better service in my life. As a hard working blue collar man I just wanted a good hot meal for lunch and was blown away by the service! From start to finish it took them less than 2 minutes to get my sandwich in my hand. The young studs that delivered me a sandwich from God were Yaya, Jacob, Gavin and Milo. So glad Jersey Mike's made its way to Anthem! I would get Jersey Mike's all the time when I lived in Chicago and they are just as good at this location. So many options, flavors, for anyone's liking. Great for catering too! Store was more modern than others which was nice and of course the food was phenomenal. I usually get a mini and that fills me up but again they have plenty of options. Staff was lacking customer service which is the reason for the 4-Star review. They were all talking to each other about their personal lives and interrupted me mid order to continue their conversation. Not a big deal but for a new location customer service should be straight forward. Can't wait to order from them in the future! read more

The service here is INCREDIBLEY SLOW. I ordered a Mobil order and by the time I got there it was still not order. The men that work here move like sloths. Called today to speak to an adult manager and got another kid, smh. Just no adults with fully functioning brains over the age of 25. This girl tried to say the brown lettuce was last week. True, it was last week AND yesterday so this whole week too! I order from here about once a week, and I have refrained from writing a review for months... Every other time I order, my order is wrong! (I'm usually ordering for 4 people) They ignore special instructions, they leave off half of the ingredients of their stated menu items and the soda fountain is always out of order! We just flew in from Alabama and Jersey Mikes subs was one of the only places already opened for lunch. We decided to grab some lunch for us and our kids. Horrible putz working Friday night, 4/12/24. Went in about 8:40pm and had 2 customers with 4 sandwiches in front of us. Ordered, sat down and ate about 3/4 of my sandwich and putz employee said we're closing. About two minutes later he says loudly, " we're closed". No restaurant kicks people out "mid-bite". I then say, "why didn't you tell us the door closes at 9:00 and we can't eat in" BEFORE WE SAT DOWN". We would've just taken our sandwiches to go. Then to argue with me that the closing time is on the door? We were driving away at 9:09pm. What a tool. We've been regulars since that location opened. Won't get another penny from my family. This is for the Jersey Mike's on Daisy Mountain - Can't really say anything about the atmosphere because mine was a delivery but I ordered a #3 with extra meat that cost $2.65 and when I got my sandwich I had a total of 2 ... TWO slices of ham for my entire sub. If that is "extra" meat, does that mean that a regular sandwich only gets one slice of ham?? Will not be returning and next time I will make that drive to World of Sourdough at the Summit - heard their subs are spectacular for the SAME price! read more

Skimpy on ingredients. I usually buy the tuna. Because it doesn't come with cheese, I have it added (for an extra cost) while the cheese is cut paper thin. Someone in the business decides on what 'should' go on our subs. Then I love the relish, and I have to say, "more," as they just color the bread with it. Every single employee engaged with me and my little one when we came in they were all so nice and friendly and you can tell they have a good time working together.
