Okay bro, I went in at 11:30 Wednesday 6/24... It was kinda busy but not really the line was moving fast. The woman? Taking my order and the one I paid just could not comprehend that I wanted a regular McChicken. I went for me and a couple co workers. I ordered 2 mcchickens, 1 large fry and 3 drinks. I got my drinks, 1 McCrispy with no mayo and a large fry and 4 chicken tenders????? How do I get this when the lady that brought it out to me LITERALLY read to me what was in the bag. Plus the woman? That I paid needs to learn some manner, she handed me my change and slammed the thing shut without saying anything to me, what the heck man. We come here all the time for their large drinks. Currently at almost $2 a drink after taxes, it's still cheaper than many other places. We like the service here. We always get treated with respect and haven't had a wrong order yet. I'm not personally into McDonald's food though I like their Deluxe Quarter Pounder. I prefer Wendy's for burgers lately due to flavor, but mainly for price too. Otherwise I like Burger King or Carl's Jr. Sorry Anthem McDonald's. Frozen food is frozen food. Thank you. read more

I mean this is a great fast food place but it's been a bit of a doozy before :P A few times they either put too little bbq sauce or none at all but most of the time it's fine Once we got ice cream (and the machine wasn't busted yay :D) and it took like ten minutes for us to get it and we were waiting in the parking lot like they said and my mom had to go inside and see what was taking so long (we still were able to get it) And one time the worker (who was clearly new) didn't even know our order and so she told us to pull up to the next window but we didn't pay yet, so my mom told the next person that we didn't pay, and somehow, we got that meal for free. Ok lemme say first of all, I hardly EVER eat at McDonald's. It's not good for you. It's hardly ever ever hot and amazing like the pictures. 3 of us ordered a McDouble and mcchicken. My husband said he got a pickle in every bite. And that both sandwiches were perfect. My friend also said hers were perfect. Mine looked so delicious, I decided to slap those baby's together and make myself the notorious "mcgangbang" known also as the "mcdank" to others. It seriously was phenomenal. My friends nuggets were perfect and warm and crispy. We were given every sauce we asked for (they were all in the bag) and when I asked for a few more different flavors at the window, we were happily obliged. Thank you so much. Ordered food through the drive through....somehow they messed up a double cheeseburger no onions...even though the ticket said no onions the grill crew thought maybe it would be funny to put extra onions?? Had to go in to get my burger fixed and they put the butter pickles instead of the regular burger pickles...Nice job ...totally worth 25 bucks an hour though...pffttt!!!! read more

Food: The breakfast is consistently good about 90% of the time. The Hash Brows are Perfect about 80% of the time. (ok, I admit it...I eat breakfast here at least 3-4 days a week!) I have had the lunch/dinner menu a couple of times a month and the food is pretty much Mcdonald's consistent. Staffing: We know how much Fast Food has struggled to keep employees. This Mcdonald's has its challenges as well, but it is evident that they continue to address this. Facility: They have had several makeovers since opening. The dining inside is pleasant. The Drive Thru...well that needs some help. they have two Ordering stations but they have no Guided Barriers as the two lanes depart into one lane going to the Payment/Pick up windows. simple Guided Barriers would Greatly help the frustrating Merge. I have even seen arguments between people with merging. Hopefully, they can address this for an even smoother experience for Drive-thru customers. read more

Ok, so I admit it has been awhile since I visited a McDonalds. But to say I had sticker shock is an understatement. Yesterday I visited the Mc D's in Anthem. I ordered a double qtr pounder with cheese and no bun. So for 2 hamburger patties it came to $10.30! If you order in the drive through they send you up front to wait because they are always "just waiting for the fries" then you continue to wait out front for 20 minutes. Then they give u the wrong order with incredibly rude service. Good luck trying to get any ketchup or even a napkin. And if you go inside the lobby it looks like it's ran by a bunch of stoned zombies. Save your money and time and hit up Taco Bell across the street. read more

Don't bother ordering through the app and doing a mobile pickup. If your whole order isn't wrong then at least half of it will be and if it's wrong you have to go back to the restaurant and get it remade. You can't request a refund in the app and they won't give you one if you call in. My partner and I both have allergies and have to make changes to the food ie remove ketchup and onions, yet when they read NO KETCHUP and EXTRA MUSTARD that somehow means extra ketchup and a tiny dab of mustard or put so many onions they're falling out of the burger. I haven't had a correct mobile pickup order in over a year and it's just getting worse. Are the workers just being lazy and not reading the instructions or are they messing it up, realizing, and then saying screw it and giving me incorrect food anyways?? This happens all the time and I'm so frustrated. I didn't even have a yelp account until today just to make this because it happens so much. If I don't physically check my food right after it's given to me so I can go inside and get it fixed then I wasted money because we can't eat food that's been contaminated and it has to be thrown away. 2 stars is about right. Starving, driving down the 17, we saw a sign for McDonalds and pulled off. BOGO Happy Meals on the app for the kids is usually a winner. I got myself 3 regular hamburgers with extra onions, and a large Coke. Food was just meh! Fries were soggy, and luke warm. The burgers were ok. The Coke was nasty! McDonalds Coke is usually some of the best, but today it was all syrup and no carbonation. It was gross. My little girl wanted to go to McDonald's to play on the playground. Note she is a little on the heavier side. After we ordered the worker wouldn't let my little girl play in the play place. After kindly explaining that my daughter is 10 years old the worker said "No predators in the play place" This really hurt my daughters feelings. She ran out of McDonalds without even eating her food. (She always eats her food) So we went to Burger King instead and so much better. read more

Incredibly expensive! Why do I go here?! After today I surely won't. Ordered a sausage egg biscuit meal with small orange juice, nothing else. Total was $13.07 for one small breakfast at fast food mediocre McDonalds. Crazy price. I looked up how much the exact same meal would be at nearby Chick-Fil-A and it would have been $9.03 with tax, $4 less for exactly the same thing, 30% more at McD for worse food. Freaking irritating, go thru the drive through and had to repeat the order multiple time, and they still got the order wrong, for got to give me my Receipt then after the came out to Give me my Receipt they forgot the food, so I had to go in and reorder part of my meal just to be double charged and then before I could even order I had to wait while multiple people stood at the register fiddling around stare at me then walked away, so out of irritation I sent my wife back in to deal with it cause I was losing my patience, and still again messed up the order so I ended up saying screw it and settle for what we were served. I would have gave them a "0" if I could. We stopped by there on the way to Flagstaff. We had to do our order on the kiosk first of all. Then it didn't give us the discount from the app. I told the manager and she said there was nothing she could do about it. It's expensive to eat at McD's. It was $31 for 2 meals. We waited a long time for our 2 meals. When they brought them out they forgot to put the bacon on both of them. I went up and got some bacon. The fries and burgers were cold. The buns were very hard on the edges(old). People kept coming into the lobby and the manager told them to go to the drive thru, the lobby was closed. She finally put up a hand written sign that just said dining room closed short of help. They only had 3 people working. Customers were really irritated. I called her over to our table and told her our food was terrible and she said that next time we come back we could get a free meal. We had order on the app because we got a notification for a deal on happy meals. So we decided why not. Made out order the way we wanted and placed the order. The app crashed and would not open back up so we could see our order. So we drove up to this McDonald's where we had ordered. And Levi helped us out. When he spoke to the manager however, he seem unbothered by the situation and was simply just rude. So Levi took out order and even updated us when it was being prepared. Levi was super helpful and super nice. Levi seemed to be the only one who cares there. The manager needs to go back to a customer service class. Could have been five stars. When paying $32 for 2 medium meals and a Happy Meal, one expects to at least receive all of the order. Drinks were not ready when we were given the food and the server seemed surprised when I asked for them. He returned a couple of minutes later, saying 'we're out of Sprite.' This location is really hit or miss. Sometimes the quality is so good I'd never believe it came from a McDonalds where other times I leave frustrated and confused. Sadly though my orders lately have been very messed up and I have to discard the meal completely for allergies or poor preparation. The staff too is hit or miss. I've had some extremely outgoing individuals and others who blatantly were bothered by me ensuring my order was correct.
