The clock stopped running several years ago and now my brother wanted it working again and could not find anyone that could repair it. I called Ken and describe the clock over the phone. When I described to Ken the manufacture and clock movement, he immediately described the rest of the clock, amazing, this clock is 58 years old. Bottom line is, I took it to Ken, he had a manufactures repair book on this clock! On a follow up call, Ken had it running within day's. Mr. Wallace has been in the antique clock repair business for twenty years and his knowledge and enthusiasm for timepieces is extraordinary. When Mr. Wallace came to my home to service the clock he found that my clock had some issues which made it difficult to remove the mechanism. I was very impressed with how meticulous and patient Ken was as he worked out a solution and lubricated the works. In addition to servicing my grandfather's clock Ken also helped me to get a very old mantle clock running that I had inherited from my grandfather. I may update review when I hear back from Dale. Picked up the clock from Dale this morning 7.18.26, he did not want to charge me for the repairs because the return time was so late, I still paid him about 90% of the estimate.
