I was picking up the stuff I had fixed... The earrings were cuff links that I had made into earrings. Moms ring finally lost the broken diamond and I had that replaced and my friends ring needed a crack fixed. Then the other rings I had cleaned and the tiger eye had to have the band straightened.... I knew something would go wrong when I asked for Bear to clean my jade carving and they said he didn't work there anymore. I asked for them to clean off some adhesive, instead it looks like they sand blasted all of the gloss and fine detail from my irreplaceable and priceless jade pendant I paid $1200 for. Now I have to take it somewhere else to see if it can be repaired, however it looks destroyed. The girl at the counter was very rude and inconsiderate, asking me how is that ruined, and how is that a $1200 piece? She didn't even act compassionately, more like calling me a liar and taking zero responsibility or trying to calm me down. I couldn't even breathe I was shaking so bad, I'm still shaking like a leaf from being so upset. Buyer beware, these people will ruin your priceless and sentimental jewelry and act like they could care less! read more

I have had several pieces of jewelry custom made by Mike. Recently I needed to have a piece remade that he did for me years ago. At the time he said "I don't think you'll like it". I was positive I would. He was right... so years later, I told him exactly that. He remade the necklace, and I had earrings made to match -- which he did to perfection! I also had an old diamond reset. Again perfection. I will be back. I already have something in mind. And just to confirm... it's not a bike ride for me to come to his shop. Just picked up our custom made wedding bands from TH and we couldn't be happier. The craftsmanship and quality is fantastic and the design was exactly what we were hoping for. I have an engagement ring with a swirled band and they were able to make a wedding band to fit perfectly into it as well as match the mil-grain design. They also have a great selection of beautiful jewelry that I'm always tempted by. It's nice to know there is a high quality jeweler you can trust. Each time we came into the store, the employee remembered us with a warm welcome back. We've purchased several items and have been throughly delighted with each purchase. Today was no exception. We needed a diamond wedding ring repaired. A small corner diamond had fallen out, along with a bent prong. We had purchased the ring two years ago before learning about this store and didn't want to have to drive back to the Bay Area for repairs.
