Their strong track record, incredible patience and attention to detail are all hallmarks of a great business but the "cherry on top," is that they immediately try to understand how they can help and then make your mission their own. Sooo, the wedding ring (pretty old) was a Tiffany gold mesh band that needed sizing after a previous botched job, my gold Tiffany heart bracelet that had needed some reengraving on the heart that was beginning to fade and another garnet, diamond ring that needed sizing. I received all three pieces back today and EVERY piece was so perfect that it almost brought me to tears!! Such perfection..Paul and his wife/partner Michelle were beyond perfection. We have two homes, one in Twain Harte and one in San Francisco so I most certainly know quality work and on EVERY level this store knows how to do it right! After 4 weeks and not hearing from them I went into the shop. They had my watch and the battery that they never put it. I waited while they put in the battery. The next day I noticed my watch wasn't working. That's when I noticed the back of my watch had fallen off and was now missing. It was improperly put on. I never found the back of the watch. The watch was an expensive Bulova that was a gift from my grandfather. I'll never go back to Paul James Jewelers!
