I didn't have much time to browse, due to time constraints, but I did spy a plethora of fun finds during my brief visit. I ended up purchasing a 'soft edged arrowhead shaped piece of what I believe is jade strung on a cord' necklace. The gentleman behind the counter (who I believe may be one of the owners) explained that a local family makes the necklaces and that they bring them by the store to be sold. Many of Rustic Rose Mercantile's showcased jewelry artists are local. Jill King is one my favorite local jewelry artists - and she has a stunning turquoise necklace being sold here - along with her other well crafted jewelry pieces. In addition to a plethora of local and vintage jewelry items, Rustic Rose Mercantile has decor items, clothing, candles, antiques, crafts and much more.
