He explained that it was a complicated job and apologized for the delay. He said he made others wait to be sure I had my grad gift ready to wear. It fits EXACTLY the way the manufacturer recommended with slight play. I loved the service. I only needed the watch band adjusted but the customer service this time was as great as it was years and yeats ago when I bought a Swiss Army watch from them. I will never go anywhere else.
