They feel like they would be hard to remove the print even if you tried. Overall this place was wonderful in every aspect. I sent a text asking for their hours, and a couple of minutes later, a young woman showed up and unlocked the front door. She walked into the store and began locking the door behind her, but before she completely lock it, I caught her attention and asked for the store hours. She proceeded to tell me that the store was closed, no one was there, and she was the only person in the store. She said she didn't know the hours because she was an "just there as an intern", she didn't work for them, she was "only doing community service", and she had "nothing to do with them". She was a bit dismissive and what makes matters worse is that, 6 hours later, I have still not received a reply to my text message! Thankfully, I happened to come across another business a couple of doors down that does custom laser engraving. Their name is Archer Creative Designs and they were very friendly, attentive, inexpensive, and thorough, and they'll get the work completed within 3 days! I highly recommend them, instead of Tracy Awards & Embroidery.

That quote eluded to "yeah we don't want your business." In short, I went to a place in Tracy and they completed this redesign in under 30 minutes and had them on my shirts in one day. $40 a shirt!!! The embroidering stood up to a couple of washes and the color is still vibrant. The service was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure working with Ged. Once I put in the order he gave me a sample of what exactly the sweater would look like right away! I asked him if we could change a few things around like the lettering and colors and I was blow away of all the options he gave me. He was the expert so I asked for his recommendation and the lettering and coloring came out perfect. I am a very busy student with nursing school in the way as well as all my other obligations, but Impact took care of everything. They work very fast and got the sweaters in before Thanksgiving! If I ever need to get any custom embroidering I will definitely come back to Impact Promotions!
