They advertise they buy/sell gold/silver which I trade a lot of so I decided to come in and see…read morewhat they would offer for two 5g bars of gold which gold was trading at around $62.40/g at the time which would come out to $624 total.. the most I've ever sold gold/silver for was a 6% spread but usually I get spot and sometimes a $1 over spot depending on the time and the needs of the merchant.. this business offered me $150 each or $300 total.. I thought they must've thought they were 2.5g bars and didn't realize they were 5g bars and was mistaken.. nope they genuinely offered me $300 total.. it was the most egregious thing I've ever heard in the history of precious metals dealing.. then I started looking at prices of their products and everything was ridiculously overpriced and after reading the reviews I'm not surprised as they are all terrible.. this business clearly does not do proper business practices and I do not recommend them.. if you're looking to buy/sell precious metals, jewelry, coins etc go across the street to Trassare Jewelers.. they're all stand up guys who do fair and proper business you won't regret it!

Who began trading first? Joe or Stan?…read more This was our last stop before heading out of Jackson. Seemed like just another jewelry-cum-pawn shop rather than an antique store so we almost passed it by. There were a couple women in the ring section trying on the most god awful looking rings. One actually said, 'I don't like that one it isn't big enough' all the while wearing rings that would only look appropriate on the finger of Gozer, the giant red eyed woman from Ghostbusters. Why oh why do some women still think size matters? We almost left but wandered into a backroom where some of the more exotic pawned items were on display including guitars, clarinets, other musical instruments, and various other oddities. You can find many interesting items here including some very old guns, some very new jewelry, a couple pieces of antique jewelry, and other sundry items. Upon leaving we noted the 25% Off Everything sign for February only. I wonder if anyone who had pawned their precious belongings would have gone back to reclaim any had they know about the sale. There was a really nice item in the back that I might have to go back for but I'm keeping that little bit a secret. Don't want any collectors who read this to find out.
