On my first visit, Norm was extremely welcoming and not pretentious about his work- he explained to me what he thought I needed and how he would choose materials that would ensure the longevity of my documents. He was extremely communicative and found ways to work within my budget. Norm is such a great business man, who cares a lot about his work and about his customers. We never were able to finish my second diploma because time got away from me and I was moved to Memphis for work. Still, Norm shares notes with me to give to my next framer so they can complete the Job. I don't know if I'll find another framer as good as Norm, but I'm so happy I own one of his pieces.

He ended up doing way more than I expected. He not only repaired the frame, but he also hand painted the frame and gold trim. He put new paper on the back and new hangars and wire. He also spent some time gluing the fabric matt down. It looks better than when I got it. I appreciate the time and care that Norm put into my vintage piece.
