I went to the drive thru on Saturday 12/6 about 3 pm and ordered a California burrito. After a couple bites I thought it was very dry but expected it would get better. It didnt get better. Totally dry, no sauce, no cheese, a sprinkle of lettuce , meat dried out. Ate less than half and tossed it. I was already home or would have returned it. $15 for crap. Rip off. The heavy set girl with black rimmed glasses who took my order must have been having a bad day. It is not okay, people taking out their anger on innocent people, my girlfriend refused to eat the food we ordered, she felt very uneasy with the hostile way we were treated. I've had Sombrero from other locations but this is the first time at this location. I ordered the Healthy chicken bowl from the drive through for the first time. The chicken bowl was actually very tasty, but I think it would taste better with avocado or sourcream to tie the flavors together. However, I appreciated the melted cheese. Chips were given on the side and they were definitely on the stale side. Service around noon was quick, very little line and I appreciated that they asked about Salsas or drinks rather than assuming or not asking. read more

I wish I took pictures of the burritos to post before we ate them because, not only were they delicious but, huge! Love their marinated carrots, too.
