Our first time visiting and we were blown away! The counter staff was friendly and helpful since we were first timers. We had the bacon cheese burger, the gyro stack burger, onion rings, and the Parmesan garlic fries. The burgers were juicy and flavorful with plenty of bacon. The gyros burger was piled with yummy slices of gyros meat and tzatziki sauce. Grab some napkins cuz this is a messy one! The onion rings were very good and the Parmesan garlic fries seriously delicious! Not just a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and a little bit of garlic on top, it was covered in a delicious sauce! You certainly don't need ketchup for these fries! But if you want sauce, they have homemade ranch dressing and Cali sauce. The interior was definitely casual with plenty of sports on tv. I recently returned to Cali Stack Burgers & Grill and had the "Cali Burger Patty Melt Panini for $8 and some change and an order of onion rings for $4.50 plus tax. The food is well priced here. The panini's beef patty was a little over cooked for my taste, but it was tasty and tender. The Panini patty was not truly a Panini because the bread was not pressed, but it was a good quality bread. It was a tasty burger sandwich. The onions rings were great. They were crispy and tasty and came with whole onions inside. Great onion rings, and I would order them again. The hospitality was very good. The young lady at the counter had a good sense of humor and was helpful. The service was efficient. They offer plenty of parking. Service was amazing. We took our whole baseball team here and the owner personally took care of us. Even brought in extra staff to speed up the service. The food was amazing. I can't believe I've never been to this spot. Came here with my buddies and we were starving. We started things off with chili cheese fries, onion rings, and the roadkill nachos to share. So amazing the chili sauce they use on the nachos and the fries were amazing. We each got burgers. I got the spicy stack and made it a double. The meat is 100% certified Angus beef and you can taste the quality in every bite. My buddy got the pastrami burger and loved it. The. We both shared a Philly cheese stack and it was so cheesy and good. They also have shakes for dessert. My favorite item was definitely spicy Stack Burger. They have lots of seating inside. Took my son out to have his very first cheesesteak this morning. The place is very clean and looks awesome. Multiple TVs where you can watch The World Cup, and the food was awesome. The owner could not have been nicer to a father and son just splitting a cheesesteak. He gave recommendations for our next visit and my son already asked me when we can go back. I stopped by after work based upon the recommendation of a co-worker. I was greeted quickly. The menu is filled with options. I elected to order a double bacon stack. I paid the small uncharge for onion rings and a large fountain drink. Fountain drinks have free refills, but they are not self-serve. My food came out quickly, and my initial reaction was how large it was. The attached pictures really don't fully express how large the burger and rings are. The rings are nearly 3/4" tall. I think they were frozen, but they cooked up nicely, and they tasted great. I tried their "cali sauce" which struck me as being Thousand Island dressing. The honey mustard went surprisingly well with the onion rings. The burger was huge. I was not able to take a bite of the entire burger. The brioche bun was a nice change. The Angus beef was very juicy, which might be a turn-off for some, but that juiciness means FLAVOUR! I was not surprised when I was told it was 80/20, which is the perfect ratio of lean to fat. The decor is heavily sports-themed. Personally, I would have preferred the baseball game had sound instead of the football game. My only gripe are the chairs. They are not geared for us "wide bodies" so they would dig into my ample posterior. Overall, I am very glad that my coworker told me about this place, and I highly recommend giving this place a try. read more

Had I known that the chicken sandwich burger were just chicken tenders slapped on between the buns, I would not have ordered it. The fries are always solid here but other than that, my meal was disappointing. There wasn't anything wrong with the chicken tenders either, they were standard - maybe a bit on the thin side. My friends and I golf quite regularly in Lakeside. And we are always looking for a great place to eat afterwards. This place has become our new favorite. The food is fresh and delicious. The service is great... Everyone is very helpful. Inside it's very pleasant and it has lots of TVs for sports, etc. We have really enjoyed the burgers, fries, and the wings are incredibly good. We judge most places by their onion rings. These are some of the best onion rings we've had throughout the entire county. They have a large menu with lots of options. I took a couple of the cheesesteaks home for my sister and husband... And they loved them. They also have shakes, ice cream and a display case filled with these fabulous looking brownies. Can't say how good they are... Because I've been able to hold off up until now. But I'm pretty sure next time some of those brownies are coming home with me. They have beer and wine. And lots of other beverage options. They seem to have quite a number of local beers on tap. The owner said that he's starting a happy hour soon... It will be 20% off of everything from 2 to 6 PM.
