Lakeside Jack in the Box worst breakfast I've ever had. the cook at midnight needs to be fired hash browns were half cooked dripping of Grease bacon was like a wet noodle undercooked French toast sticks were like soggy sponges took over 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru I know they were probably rushed but damn biggest waste of 20 bucks. This is my first even commenting about a fast food place on yelp and the only reason I'm doing it is to inform people not to come to this Jack in box, at least for sure during the nighttime hours. I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger and when I got home I noticed the meat did seem really dry but I didn't think anything of it since I was really hungry from a long day of work. So I ate it went to sleep a bit after and then the next morning i noticed my stomach starting hurting, soon enough I started having diarrhea then shortly after I threw everything up including bile so I came to the conclusion that it was the burger since the only other thing I had before that meal was about 1.5 liters of water. To sum it up it gave me food poisoning, I highly recommend not to come to this Jack in the box location, especially at night. read more

The manager is super rude and they rush you everytime you order and take forever. I don't like coming here

I had a horrible experience this evening. I'm assuming the interaction had come from a member of managerial staff due to her red shirt. I sent my Girlfriend in to order our food and the total came out to $15 and some change, however there was some confusion and the actual total was $14 exact. My girlfriend was confused and proceeded to pay 14 on my card and then give two dollars cash due to the other amount given and the confusion. The manager proceeded to hide the money behind the counter and not give it back. When confront with this by myself she proceeded to be snarky and just rude, and ordered one of the employees to "just give him his two damn dollars" in Spanish. Some people shouldn't act like others don't speak more than one language; especially saying rude things. We also witnessed her touching people tacos without gloves. The 1 1/2 star rating on this place is very understandable. The service is absolutely horrible and just unacceptable. Also due to me only paying partially on card we had to give cash, and my girlfriend was in there around 20 minutes just waiting for service. And when she was waiting got service to pay cash the manager told her to "There is a kiosk you can use right there. Thank you." Very rudely and raised her voice at me. This location is a bad representation of Jack in the box. Just awful. I have come here about 10 to 25 times in the last year. Guess how many times they got my order right? None....Absolutely none! It could be cheese on something that says no cheese on the receipt to a missing drink or my poppers. Do not try to order with one of the delivery services from here. It will always be wrong. I have gotten smart. When I order through the drive thru I pull in front where they make you wait for your items that are still cooking and I check the food. A couple of times the manager(short rude Mexican woman), would argue with me about my order. Like "no, you never said no cheese!" I'm like it says it right on the receipt! I had to come to try the new Buttery Jack didn't I? So I did, with an order of onion rings and a cup of coffee. I ordered the Bacon and Swiss and for free, added lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles. The Buttery Bacon and Swiss was pretty. It did not have that right off the griddle flavor, but the melted herb butter was pretty good and the beef patty along with flavor and keeping it moist. The bacon infused creamy mayo was light that I thought it was going to be a tasted good. The bacon with thin but crispy and had good flavor. I wish it were a little thicker though. The gourmet bun was very good with its glistening top and moist center. The tomatoes and lettuce were fresh and crisp and the Swiss cheese only partially melted. The onions were pretty good, but for some reason, about four of the larger ones were stuck together, which cause them to be unevenly cooked. I think they stuck them in the frier stuck together and so they remained this way. Also, they were not seasoned. The coffee was actually pretty good for being later in the day. Glad to learn they keep the coffee fresh. Service was good. The initially made my Bacon and Swiss without bacon, the shift manager had them quickly make me a new one. She finally read my Order back to me and it was correct, I get home and instead of spicy tenders she gave me a chicken sandwich! The manager and another employee were very nice and accommodating throughout our multiple visits here. However, one of the crew members was extremely rude to my husband and I. We ordered $30+ worth of food and pulled up to the window. The employee forgot one of our drinks. We sat there for 3 minutes trying to get his attention. He would see us and just look away. Finally he asked what we wanted in an annoyed tone and we said we were missing a drink. He literally rolled his eyes at us. Then he checked the screen and was like, "oh, that's right." I picked up an order at this location today for grub hub. I pulled in behind 2 cars. I thought that it should be fairly quick rather than to go in. I told the woman at the speaker that I was picking up a grub hub order and she told me to come to the window. When I got to the window it was very obviously a different girl and she had no idea I was picking up a grub hub order. She tried guessing my order. I told her no, it was a grub hub order. She walked away. I must've waited for 20 minutes while she and the rest of the crew were playing on cell phones and, from what could be seen from my car, not doing much else. I would go and throw the food back at their face if I didn't have to drive 10 minutes to get back to the store. I ordered their southwest breakfast or whatever it's called for my kids, I asked the lady on the drive through if it has peppers and you could tell she was asking people in the back. She said no. I asked her, are you sure? Because on the picture it looks like it does, again she said "no, there's no peppers" We get our food and leave. I had hungry kids in the back seat and we've been out of town for a week and got back last night at midnight so I hadn't gone to get groceries.
