I found some lotions and mists that compliment some seasonal body scrubs and washes I recently bought really well. I came home with two of the candles, The Perfect Christmas and Lavender & Pine. They smell so good. My home is currently decorated for Fall but already smelling like holiday cheer. The workers were very helpful. There was a young lady with the most beautiful curly black hair that helped me pick out the scents to match my body washes and one of the cashiers was kind and patient with helping me sign up for their rewards program which allowed me to get an additional $10 off my total purchase. It's nice not having to go inside a mall to get to a B&BW. I'm sure I'll be stopping by fairly regularly to try out new scents and to replenish my current ones once they've run out.

The service was great too because someone came up and helped us find the right size shoes, gave their own opinion on what shoes they preferred/the pros and cons of each, and they even explained their membership program to us. We actually ended up signing up for the program because it's a one-time $30 fee to shop in their member-only section of the store where they sell returned items for less than market price with a bunch of extra benefits. And, you actually get back the $30 you paid for the membership in the form of a store gift card. So, for example we actually got a pair of men's Hokas for $52, and now we have an extra $30 gift card we can go back to use in the store before it expires in the next month. The member-only returned section has a bunch of things from clothes to shoes to hats, etc., so just for that I think it's worth it.

They ALWAYS have some available, and for that, we give thanks lol. Something else to love about Cato is that the store is divided into two sides. 1. Plus size 2. Not plus size (What do you call that, regular? I don't know... I don't shop over there lol ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ) The beauty is that it doesn't matter which side you shop on. A lot, dare I say MOST, of the clothes are the same. My sister and I head to opposite sides of the store and we sometimes end up with the same item. As a plus size woman, I really appreciate that. Does it mean that the green ruffled skirt we both tried on last December looked so cute on her while I was giving Christmas tree vibes? Sure does... but if I wanted to rock the Christmas tree look, I had the option and THAT'S what matters. Another thing I love about Cato is that they organize things by color. If you need a pink shirt or dress, and I ALWAYS need a pink shirt or dress, you just walk over to your clothing size side and find the pink section. The only exception to this is clearance. Those items are together no matter the color. They have fair prices and I always seem to find something marked WAY down on the clearance rack that I don't know why someone hasn't already snatched up. They must've been holding it just for me! You can also find shoes and accessories too. It's really a one stop shop and I don't know how the people that work there have any money left to take home because if I worked there, I would just be giving my money right back in exchange for all the clothes! One last thing I appreciate is that I can usually always find a shirt with words on it that reference Jesus. Like my shirt with a guitar that says "Raise a Hallelujah!" Jesus is my jam and if that were on a shirt, I'd buy it!

I am a full-time Paramedic, and I rarely have the time off, but today was my day off, and I decided to take some time out of my day, and drive to this store in hopes of purchasing some new boots for work. As I walked through the door, the two men behind the cashiers desk, barely greeted me, as if they didn't care for my potential business or value me as a customer. They were too busy leaning back on the side countertop of the cashiers desk having a private conversation, instead of projecting a welcoming attitude, and thus emitting a positive atmosphere.. NOT once did ANY of the employees on shift ask me if I needed any assistance in finding any products. NOT once did they walk over to check if I was finding everything okay, which in fact I was not, because the lack of stock in the tactical boots area was terrible..and NOT once was I given the impression that I was a valued customer, which made me feel very unwelcome, and uncomfortable...I have in fact over the years spent a lot of money at this store for work gear, and presents for my family, and I have always found the employees to be rude, lazy, and unwilling to lift even a finger to help a customer. I didn't say anything because I gave them the benefit of the doubt..but today was their last chance. Due to the ongoing terrible customer service, and quite frankly, an ongoing lack in merchandise sizing and inventory..which I've noticed over the years, I would NOT recommend anyone to to take time out of there busy schedules to spend their hard earned money at this location. I feel that exceptional customer service is a massive driving force behind any business, and as someone whom has worked many years in the customer service field, I find the employees of the Webster location's lack of service, lack of effort, lack of any dedication to the customers needs, and their gross lack in professionalism, is absolutely atrocious.. When I walked out of the store, I made a point to look, and smile at the employee behind the cash register, as I am respectful. Not only did he look back at me acknowledging that I was leaving in a respectful and friendly manner, his vague type of glance, suggested a total disregard of respect. He made NO effort whatsoever to see if I had found anything I was looking for, nor did he tell me "Thank You For Coming Into Our Store Today", and or in conjunction with "Have A Great Rest Of Your Day"..which I feel is an example of a common courtesy which should be implemented in every business establishment for everyone whom walks into their store. Stopped into Lush after catching a movie nearby. I used to shop at Lush all the time years ago but…read moredrifted away. The products that I used would get too messy and some of the strong scents got to me. I took my time browsing, bypassing the stronger scents. Literally smelling my way through the samples until I landed on one called Sticky Dates. The name grabbed my attention because I eat dates regularly. Love the way the lotion sank into my skin without leaving a greasy residue. The softness and glow is something I look for in a lotion especially during summer. I bought a bottle on the spot and Jessica, the lovely sales assistant gave me a sample of the body wash which I love as well.
