This is one of Barbie's favourite stores at any given mall, and the reason why is because they have great sexy stuff for plus size girls, which most stores don't, but then they also have great sexy stuff for people who aren't plus sizes, so it's pretty cool regardless of how you look at it. Definitely one of the places that I enjoy coming to, and I'm sure I'll be back here again with Barbie when we come to wonder around the Baybrook Mall, which we often do. In fact it's one of our favourite stores at the mall and service is nice too. But they're pretty expensive unless there's a big sale on.

In terms of this location, it does not have an extensive selection (like the Galleria location), but it will do in a pinch. I have gotten some pretty good deals here but more often than not, things are mainly full price. The positives are: dressing rooms are normally plentiful and most staff is helpful and friendly. The store is normally well put together and organized. The not-so laudable things: LONG LINES on the women's side and the register on the men's side not being open all the time

On top of that, I was incorrectly stopped at the door for suspected theft. Staff did apologize, but the overall experience felt uncomfortable and rigid. Between the return policy starting at shipment and the in-store incident, this wasn't a good customer experience. They have very shady return policies.

I walked into the fitting rooms and no one was there to assist, so I waited patiently. Another customer came into it to wait as well. A female worker in her twenties (white) came and opened the other girl (same race) dressing room door and greeted her. A manager then walked in to open mine. Once I get in the stall I was hearing the worker helping the other customer with taping and going back and forth to get the right sizing. I tired on my stuff and realized I needed a bigger size. I was by myself so I thought it would be nice to use the new technology screens they have in the rooms and request assistance for a new size. I heard the workers screen go off and she canceled the assistant. She then came to my door and said she's no longer helping anyone because the store was about to close. BUT then goes back to the other customer and proceeds to help her multiple times even by the time I changed back into my clothes and left that area she was still assisting. I didn't get the chance to get the workers name but I do have the time and date I was there but what she was doing was very rude and racist (I am mixed) but that is definitely not how you treat a customer in your store. I felt very discriminated the whole time I was there.

You'll find a plethora of themes on the T- shirts, as well. Any theme you may or may not want is available here. From cool classic rock and metal bands to wimpy tween bands, the choice for music lovers is vast. If you're a fan of shows like Archer, South Park, The Simpsons and Family Guy then you're in the right place. Sons of Anarchy fan? They've got you covered. Shirts with tasteless quotes that are desperately reaching for coolness but at most only register a snicker? Check. You'll even find cute tees for kids among the adult themed apparel. The arrangement of clothing reaches almost to ceiling with some of the shirts in bins along the side wall and displays towards the front of the store. This store carries a variety of sizes and seems to be well stocked. It was fun looking at all the tees and even reading the aforementioned classless quote ones. The tees featuring my favorite band of all did catch my eye as well as some really neat themes of other bands I like and some TV shows. I'm not a T-shirt wearer except for when working out but these were cool with interesting designs. I like them. Hard workouts and walks now have an element of coolness other than health and fitness. The quality is decent and the tees seem to hold up after multiple heavy washes post workout. The prices are not expensive and the store has sales here and there. The employees were very friendly to us and lines moved efficiently for the holiday season. Other items are offered besides tees. I did see pins, character themed phone cases, phone button stickers, adorable plushies, toys and themed baseball caps. Even of T-shirts are not your thing or style, you can find something here even if just for working out or comfy wear for around the house. The shirts and other items can be small gifts for close friends and family. It's not a store I imagined I'd be interested in for myself but I was surprised. Give a look inside and you may find something, too, for whatever reason or occasion.
