Most Lane Bryant store I go to usually have the clearance panties separated out in the store. I asked them where were the clearance panties and they brought out the huge black container. One associate told us to look through it to find our size. We looked for just a few seconds and I told my niece that this is not acceptable. It would have been better for help. When my niece checked out associate told her she had a $10 reward, it didn't go through and associate just said "we can't use it". It would have been nice to explain it. My nice was looking for a bra and no associate came to help, it took us about 20 minutes to find her size. Customer service needs to be improved.

My friend and I were excited to treat ourselves with new bra's. We both have recently lost some weight and wanted to be fitted. Two women were working and very busy taking merchandizing photos, and did not greet us. We were 2 of 4 customers in the store. No one of received any attention, or service. I tracked them down and asked to be fitted. Clearly, I was an annoyance to them. She took us to the front desk and measured us and left. We knew exactly what bra we wanted. We went searching for it and could not find our size. By then my friend was already ready to leave. I went again asking for assistance in finding our size and style. Again was made to feel like a terrible inconvenience to them. She could not find our sizes, went to the back and found the closest thing. By then we were done and walked out. We went to Soma and had an amazing experience with kind knowledgeable sales people. No wonder online business is booming, it's very sad. Kathy Shipley

This is one of Barbie's favourite stores at any given mall, and the reason why is because they have great sexy stuff for plus size girls, which most stores don't, but then they also have great sexy stuff for people who aren't plus sizes, so it's pretty cool regardless of how you look at it. Definitely one of the places that I enjoy coming to, and I'm sure I'll be back here again with Barbie when we come to wonder around the Baybrook Mall, which we often do. In fact it's one of our favourite stores at the mall and service is nice too. But they're pretty expensive unless there's a big sale on.

On top of that, I was incorrectly stopped at the door for suspected theft. Staff did apologize, but the overall experience felt uncomfortable and rigid. Before we could walk out another group of people that came in beeped. This employee came up to us asking to see a receipt before we even reached the door , instead of asking can she check for buzzers . We were the only black people in the store. She had a nasty attitude and didn't even apologize. She's Hispanic with glasses . Didn't want to give us her name but I surely did call corporate and started a claim. Just because me or my son are black doesn't mean we are stealing or can't afford nice things. This was very distasteful and embarrassing. As a state employee I am disgusted.

I walked into the fitting rooms and no one was there to assist, so I waited patiently. Another customer came into it to wait as well. A female worker in her twenties (white) came and opened the other girl (same race) dressing room door and greeted her. A manager then walked in to open mine. Once I get in the stall I was hearing the worker helping the other customer with taping and going back and forth to get the right sizing. I tired on my stuff and realized I needed a bigger size. I was by myself so I thought it would be nice to use the new technology screens they have in the rooms and request assistance for a new size. I heard the workers screen go off and she canceled the assistant. She then came to my door and said she's no longer helping anyone because the store was about to close. BUT then goes back to the other customer and proceeds to help her multiple times even by the time I changed back into my clothes and left that area she was still assisting. I didn't get the chance to get the workers name but I do have the time and date I was there but what she was doing was very rude and racist (I am mixed) but that is definitely not how you treat a customer in your store. I felt very discriminated the whole time I was there.
