I ordered an expensive necklace and waited at home for the Veho delivery. It was to arrive on a Thursday by 7pm. The company texted me that they couldn't make the delivery because they had no access code for the gate. I live in a house 25 feet from the street with no obstacles. I didn't receive the package until Sunday. I needed it Saturday for a requested birthday present. I called customer service and the rude agent wouldn't do anything about these problems! Not one thing! No wonder Kendra Scott has a net worth of over $900 million! I've worn their gold plated jewelry that has tarnished, plating has worn off and has broken. This jewelry is overpriced garbage! I should have read the customer reviews from others. Their customer service solves nothing! I really like KS jewelry, but it's been awhile since I've purchased anything. I happened to be in the area and remembered that this location was here so I stopped in to see some of the new collections that have been released. This store is large and it's very bright and inviting when you walk in. It surprisingly wasn't busy. I had a lot of questions about the newer pieces. They now have watches and they sell bands for Apple watch. The links can be adjusted in store. The bands are really nice and definitely "dress up" the Apple watch. Mikayla and Clayton were awesome and patient with me! They took the time to answer questions, grab items from the back, and show me variations of certain pieces. It was overwhelming in a good way. Mikayla offered me a drink (water, sparkling water, champagne, or beer) which was so nice. I ended up buying a pair of earrings and a bracelet. They were having a deal on stackable bracelets: 20% if you buy one, and 25% off if you buy two or more. One thing I like about KS is that they always have deals and discounts. I was able to get 20% off for my bracelet purchase and I had a $25 gift card so that definitely helped to reduce the total. I'm so happy with my new jewelry and I can't wait to wear them! read more

Every time I go to Kendra Scott, I feel judged by the privileged women who aren't willing to help you unless they're making a sale. I finally decide to go and exchange some of my jewelry that was tarnishing, and they said they no longer do that, that it was an old policy. She was insensitive and I felt unseen, once again. The lady proceeded to try to sale me new jewelry instead, which I wasn't interested in. I was very disappointed in not getting to replace my jewelry that I've had for a long time. That was part of the reason why I would buy so much of their jewelry, but now that they've lost their value in customer loyalty, I'm not interested in shopping there anymore. read more

This place deserves zero stars. I will never again buy Kendra Scott brand. I purchased a pair of earrings in May (my birthday month). Used once and one of them broke. I called and was told I could try to fix it or bring it in and they could fix. Took it in, was asked for my email and phone number. The cashier didn't find the earrings under my email, which I provided at the time of purchase. I was offered 20% off to repurchase. This is not ok, why should I have to pay when obviously waa their mistake. The person was spelling out my email instead of typing the initials. See the image for the disgusting gift note received. I wrote an email to Kendra Scott customer service about this and NEVER heard back! The least they could have said was "wow we are sorry about that!" I've never been back since just because the thought of how somebody working at Kendra Scott could have put this note into my gift box thinking it was acceptable makes me not trust the store or their quality of employees anymore. Love having a new Kendra Scott location closer to home! I was sad to see the Rice Village location go, but this one has easier parking and accessibility in my opinion. I was there for opening weekend this weekend and they had all sorts of fun promos to start the store off with a bang. They had a beautiful balloon arch covering the door, sidewalk chalk logo and decorations, a Prosecco bar inside, and Stacked cookies to be given away. Also, if you are one of the first few customers to make a purchase more than $75 this weekend, they are including a free fern necklace! Beautiful floral decorations too. The new collection (released this week) is very colorful and beautiful. Always lots of fun and creative pieces to see! The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and I was asked if I needed help several times. At this location they do check out in the back, so my transaction was taken care of swiftly by the rep who helped me with my purchases. They bring out a portable credit card machine that has tap-ability, so the whole transaction has minimal contact. Very efficient! COVID notes: All customers are required to wear masks when not eating or drinking, all of the staff wore masks, and there was hand sanitizer everywhere that you are required to utilize prior to trying on any items. They only allow a maximum of 15 people in the store at a time as well. Overall it felt very safe! read more

Went to KS to purchase a birthday/professional achievement gift for a close friend who recently passed the state bar. When I entered the store I was greeted by a young lady. She offered to help me but then left and never returned and went on to help someone else. About 5 minutes later I was approached by a young lady named Riley who was friendly and helpful. I was able to pick out a gift for a friend and then chose to purchase something for myself. Riley was helpful in helping me choose a pendant and a chain and select an appropriate chain length. Riley's shift was ending so she was kind and found an associate named Carly to help finish my purchase. Carly helped me find the font and sizing of the engraving that would go on my pendant. She instructed me to make my purchase while she finished the engraving. By the time I was done she had the finished pendant on the chain and ready for me to walk out of the store with. Extremely pleased with my experience in dealing with Riley and Carly! They were very helpful and attentive. I went in looking crazy because I had just worked out but the lady who did not continue to help me missed out. I don't believe they are on commission but I ended up spending $245 when I had no intention of buying for myself. I love this location. Both visits have been great. Associates are so friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured or hounded while browsing. Today I visited to exchange and buy some pieces. Yulissa did a superb job going out of her way to find the pieces I needed that they didn't have in stock or couldn't be ordered online. Associates also worked well together and helped one another. I was looking for a gift for my coworker and when I was ready to pay, the clerk said that the earrings and necklace are final sale. I said that it is not even on sale! This did not make sense especially since 3 years ago, I was able to exchange the color of a piece of jewelry within 30 days of purchase. She continued to say that there are also no exchanges. I was very excited to finally visit the store, as it's literally a 3 minute walk from my house. Me and my family walked in not being greeted, as the two other associates were assisting other customers. Although a quick welcome in would have been appreciated it was not big deal. I found a piece that I was ready to purchase grabbed them from the display and proceeded to a lady who was finishing up with someone. Standing there for at least a solid 5 minutes ready to Check out another customer walked in and stood a good six feet behind us. Once the associate finished up she immediately greeted the customer standing behind us and assisted her. I was in complete shock, was it the color of my skin, what I was wearing, was I invisible? Not only were we now not greeting we were completely ignored. A couple minutes later we walked up to the other associate and I quietly asked if she was a manger. She mentioned yes she was one of the managers and I expressed my frustration at how we were not even acknowledged and completely bypassed after clearly standing ready to check out. She then went on and said well the customer standing behind us was there earlier that day. I then said so because she's a returning customer we deserve to be ignored. If you need anything by a specific time, save your money! I ordered jewelry as a gift for a wedding. Kendra Scott had it delivered to an auto parts store, even though the order clearly had my address. Customer service said it wasn't their fault because UPS made the delivery. I paid for shipping, Kendra Scott handled my order and it's their responsibility to get it to the address that was on the order. I called customer service again and they had the package picked up. It was delivered to the same auto part store again. I tried to pick it up there & they refused to give it to me because they couldn't reach anyone at Jendra Scott. Now, they don't take customer service calls my calls & they font respond to emails. The wedding is this weekend I & have been trying to get this package for over a week.
