Loved the selection of collegiate Texas and LA fun items.Fun gifts for all occasions such as wedding showers and for all around fun gifts . They even support the military and teachers with 15% off .Yayyy for all the positiveness.Decent prices for this area. We're in town from Rockwall, Texas the smallest and wealthiest county in the state, about 20 minutes from Dallas, fortunately we don't need to steal outdated trinkets. The fake-classy attitude here is laughable. snooty staff, zero warmth, and absolutely no sense of how to treat customers. If you're expecting grace, charm, or even basic decency, keep looking.

I stopped by the store the next day with my receipt and the sneakers, explaining that I called the day before and was told to bring the shoes in. The store manager refused the return and said it's not the store's job to manage defects. After leaving the store, I called the Rack customer service number, who absolutely said the store should've taken the return and given me a refund. Do not go to this Rack...it's messy and disorganized, anyway. The other locations in town are way better.

Store has plenty of selections, separating colors and even sizes by section. I might be getting the name wrong but I believe it was Alison. She was sweet and made our group feel comfortable. They have lots of great deals through out the stores as well as in the back for final sales. Overall great store with great selection.
