I really hate how these ppl make me and my gf feel. Maybe it's because we are both (kinda sorta…read morelol) young, maybe we are just weirdos to them. But they always follow us everywhere and do it in this way where it's like they want us to know except they won't say anything to us to not get a lawsuit I suppose. My gf went to the bathroom and at least five different employees came in right after her. And when she walked out of the RR, there was an employee with a Walkie talkie staring rudely at her. I would like to point out we weren't dressed like slobs, thugged out, trashy, or out of the ordinary in any sorta way. Our clothes were not baggy and we didn't have any bags (except for my gf's purse, pretty normal if you ask me). We were in the store for less than 30 minutes. An employee followed her down an aisle non-stop, staying several feet away but acted nonchalant when she noticed. I have been a great customer for so many years, sometimes paying more for some products because I enjoyed the shopping experience there compared to Walmart or something. But I don't want to give money to a store that basically proves to me that they don't want my business.

We were informed today that the tuxedo was never altered because they "only had one tailor and the other left." Despite this, no one contacted us to inform us of the delay or to offer an alternative solution. This lack of communication and accountability shows poor customer service and a lack of basic professionalism. Additionally, we were later told that the alterations should not have been charged in the first place because it was a costume tuxedo, yet the charge was still applied. Overall, this situation could have been handled very differently with proper communication and attention to detail. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

The clothing that I saw in the store is what I would consider casual clothing or work clothing. Depends on your work situation if it would be considered "business casual." Nowadays, that term is used rather loosely. Their clothing is not inexpensive but it is very good quality. A pair of good work pants will outlast two pairs of jeans so you do get what you pay for. Until now, I have really only seen their clothing in their catalog. Their catalog is not photographs of their clothing. It is more of an illustrated catalog so it is hard to get a good feel for what their clothing looks like. Because of that, I have always been a little hesitant to buy it. It seems small compared to other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. However they have a decent variety of things, women's coats and jackets, active wear, pants, tops/blouses, intimate apparel. After some perusing, I found what I had came for. The quality of the outfit didn't look as good as it did online. Nonetheless I grabbed it and a couple other blouses and tried everything on in the fitting room. They had an attendant at the fitting room who was helpful and it was easy to get in and out of the dressing room. The checkout process was fairly quick and when asked the cashier let me know what their return policy was. I had until January (it was earlier this week when I purchased my items, so early November), with the receipt, all tags, and the items obviously never worn. I'm not sure if this is their usual return window or a special one for the holidays but its more than enough time to return something if you need to and I did so this was helpful. When I returned my items a couple hours later, after finding something that better fit my needs, the return process was a breeze and they refunded my money back to my original form of payment.
