    I've shopped at this location for years now. Went in today to pick up a few new shirts and a pair of shorts. My salesperson Jamison was fantastic, went above and beyond. Just wish the clothes here weren't so expensive!

I came here because of the commercials from the (obvious pack-a-day smoker) dude who told me "You're gonna like the way you look." My tux is more than 25 years old and it was time to refresh the wardrobe. First, I made an appointment here a week in advance. Lucky me, I get the new guy. During my fitting, two people ordered him to go check someone out. After the first 10-minute ordeal with another customer I just flat-out told him "With all due respect, man, I have an appointment. I have a schedule to keep. What the hell?" He was very apologetic. My wife, meanwhile, interrupted another appointment with the manager to say "What the hell?" They assured me it wouldn't be a problem again, but ... what the hell? Another dude walks in and says "Check them out!" And my wife raised holy hell ... as she should have. I got fitted -- it took 45 minutes longer than it should have -- despite the veterans picking on the new guy who was helping me. The tailor seemed worth his salt, and I hope that's the case. But the worst part was our checkout, which was more than $1,000. "Ma'am?" the guy (who ordered the second checkout) said to my wife. "I'm really sorry that you heard that. I know you heard one thing, but I meant something else." Here's the deal, Men's Wearhouse: My wife was born in Manhattan and raised in the Bronx. His effort not only was a classic "pissing down my back and telling me it's raining" type of thing, she now thinks of him as a used car salesman. His attempted lie was a pathetic attempt. And that's not a good thing. Your company has spent millions on marketing. Your reviews at this location are horrible. I also happen to know that your company isn't in th best financial shape. Get rid of guys who act like car salesmen. Hold them accountable and treat your customers as if they are important -- not just in your words. You're welcome.

Called twice, first one nobody answered, second one someone picked up, took my name and put me on hold, I waited for about 30 mins before giving up, no update while on the phone or anything about why it was taking so long, fairly sure they completely forgot about me.

It seems small compared to other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. However they have a decent variety of things, women's coats and jackets, active wear, pants, tops/blouses, intimate apparel. After some perusing, I found what I had came for. The quality of the outfit didn't look as good as it did online. Nonetheless I grabbed it and a couple other blouses and tried everything on in the fitting room. They had an attendant at the fitting room who was helpful and it was easy to get in and out of the dressing room. The checkout process was fairly quick and when asked the cashier let me know what their return policy was. I had until January (it was earlier this week when I purchased my items, so early November), with the receipt, all tags, and the items obviously never worn. I'm not sure if this is their usual return window or a special one for the holidays but its more than enough time to return something if you need to and I did so this was helpful. When I returned my items a couple hours later, after finding something that better fit my needs, the return process was a breeze and they refunded my money back to my original form of payment.

I am a full-time Paramedic, and I rarely have the time off, but today was my day off, and I decided to take some time out of my day, and drive to this store in hopes of purchasing some new boots for work. As I walked through the door, the two men behind the cashiers desk, barely greeted me, as if they didn't care for my potential business or value me as a customer. They were too busy leaning back on the side countertop of the cashiers desk having a private conversation, instead of projecting a welcoming attitude, and thus emitting a positive atmosphere.. NOT once did ANY of the employees on shift ask me if I needed any assistance in finding any products. NOT once did they walk over to check if I was finding everything okay, which in fact I was not, because the lack of stock in the tactical boots area was terrible..and NOT once was I given the impression that I was a valued customer, which made me feel very unwelcome, and uncomfortable...I have in fact over the years spent a lot of money at this store for work gear, and presents for my family, and I have always found the employees to be rude, lazy, and unwilling to lift even a finger to help a customer. I didn't say anything because I gave them the benefit of the doubt..but today was their last chance. Due to the ongoing terrible customer service, and quite frankly, an ongoing lack in merchandise sizing and inventory..which I've noticed over the years, I would NOT recommend anyone to to take time out of there busy schedules to spend their hard earned money at this location. I feel that exceptional customer service is a massive driving force behind any business, and as someone whom has worked many years in the customer service field, I find the employees of the Webster location's lack of service, lack of effort, lack of any dedication to the customers needs, and their gross lack in professionalism, is absolutely atrocious.. When I walked out of the store, I made a point to look, and smile at the employee behind the cash register, as I am respectful. Not only did he look back at me acknowledging that I was leaving in a respectful and friendly manner, his vague type of glance, suggested a total disregard of respect. He made NO effort whatsoever to see if I had found anything I was looking for, nor did he tell me "Thank You For Coming Into Our Store Today", and or in conjunction with "Have A Great Rest Of Your Day"..which I feel is an example of a common courtesy which should be implemented in every business establishment for everyone whom walks into their store. I was so embarrassed to show up to the mall in my work clothes but I was like eh who cares it's Wednesday afternoon but was I wrong. anyways me and my sister show up we're looking for jeans and shirts then we go into the fitting room. I will say my sister was taking a while so kindly through out the time I'm asking her nicely to hurry so we can look at other places. Then 2 min later (I'm so mad I didn't get her name but this blonde old lady looks over 40 chubby (or if she reads this fat) she must be the manager but who ever she is who was working January 26 after 4pm. ) starts knocking saying there can only be one per fitting room and so I kindly tell my sister to hurry and then 20 seconds later she rudely tells me to get out because there can only be one in the fitting room again but more rudely so jm thinking "she really wanna be like this right now??" . And So I walk out and I tell her I was helping her and I was helping her bc I was I refolding the clothes she already tried on so I wait out the fitting the room and she stands there looking at me ugly THE WHOLE TIME (I'm in my work clothes tired so I guess look like I don't have money to her even tho we had Victoria secret and other bags) anyways she made me feel so embarrassed and discriminated. Especially bc we're two different colors and two different work industries and ig she thinks she better than us considering she's a a fat old 40 year old white lady (im saying mean things bc I stayed quiet because I had my little sister with me if I was alone I'd show her how rude customers can get bc even tho I'm not like that I've delt with those types of people. Any ways she kept looking at me Like I couldn't afford it and then when my sister was done she rudely tells us to give her the clothes that didn't work WITH HER HAND OUT INFRONT OF MY SISTERS FACE and she stood right out the door until we got out and I told my sister to give her everything bc we're never buying anything from cotton again they don't deserve our money if they want to treat their customers like that! Nothing like that has ever happened while I was with my little sister and she happens to be darker of skin.She was a racist white bitch and I work in the food service and come on dude what kind of service is that? I used to work for retail and now why does retail think their better than their customers ? Sheryl ( I believe that is how you spell her name) was a very nice woman that knew what she was talking about! I believe she said she was the owner of the shop. They have been servicing the Clear lake area for about 15 years! So back to the shoe experience. I was able to tell Sheryl my needs , what my problem with my current shoes (average lower tier brand running shoes) and how I keep having or needing sports message or chiropractic adjustment on my lower back. She asked me to take off my shoes , measured my foot (width , height and arch support needed) , asked me to walk up and down the store and she immediately knew what kind of shoe would be best for me. It was so refreshing to know that she knew what I needed out of a shoe! She looked at my old running shoes to verify my step. She went to the back of the store and came back about 5 min later with 3 choices of shoes. She had me try on the first , walk in it and then try the next pair. One by one I would talk about how they felt and in moments she gave me her recommendation. I was really impressed with the owner and the store. You can tell the running gurus come here for a reason. They seemed to have several folks in the store helping people and I paid about $125 for the running shoes. They do have a rewards program so if you buy seven pairs of shoes the 7th one is free. After using the Brooks shoes on my first run it felt immediately different. No longer were my feet killing me getting off the treadmill or my feet and legs feeling just used up and sore the next day. My knees didn't hurt and my lower back felt fine. The cushioning and support on the shoe was what I needed. I can't say enough how happy I am with them. Thank you On the Run!!! I run for health reasons and I'm in no way shape or form a pro runner. Nor did I use to run track or cross section. I'm just an average guy that was looking for a change of the normal "running" shoe.
