I think their cheapest "clearance" sneakers were $60 (the ones in my size anyway, and there's hardly ever any size 6 athletic shoes in any clearance sections anywhere). Yikes! While browsing in the kids' section, I noticed a woman, who later identified herself as the manager, following me around the store. After I moved to the back, she sat down and continued watching me for about 10 minutes while I shopped. I eventually approached her and asked if she was following or watching me. She said no. I then asked if she was the manager, and she confirmed that she was. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and told me I didn't need to know. As a Black college graduate, an English teacher, and a mother of three, I found this experience extremely upsetting and disrespectful. I was treated as if I were doing something wrong when I was simply shopping for my family. No customer should feel singled out or profiled in this way. I completed my purchase and left, but the entire situation left a lasting negative impression. I hope this location takes this seriously and addresses how customers are treated moving forward.

During a port day in Galveston we walked to Galveston Island Running. I'm not a runner but they were very understanding and took time to talk with me I typically were wear a size 14 but they did not have any in stock. The owners were great and helped me find a pair of size 13 Saucony that fit incredibly well. Back on the ship my IT band and related knee pain resolved within 75% within a day.

I exchanged the online ones for a size 9 in my slip-ons.. I'm going to have to go back again because these are too big!! WTH, Croc?
