Like anybody should be want to shop in a place where the workers treat you like customers and not like you supposed to be spending your money in their store right well that's what I got today when I walked the side of this foot locker for the manager of the footlocker Along with the young lady Jess that was working with him made me buy. Excuse me made me want to buy more because of the love that was shown and how they look out for my pockets. Was greeted with a very warm smile by a girl named Andrea as I entered the store. she helped me with all my needs, seemed genuinely interested in putting me into the right pair of shoes. Had a pleasant conversation and just overall had some of the best customer service I've ever had at any store. She deserves a raise. read more

P.O.S. store frankly, now excuse me for stating this but this place is not about customers or quality service, this place is strictly for profit. And frankly that erks me. They have a following of society and know they dont have to care over customer service but woow, pathetic. family member was hasled for a receipt which clearly states discounted or free socks worth $22 because of his past purchases, it took nearly 45 min to go thru all!! They had to call corporate to make a decision. Wow. Sad experience we had there. Glad i am not a customer period. read more

I just left the store and I felt so HARASSED by this employee young tall man with long black skater hair. I felt so disrespected. I didn't react because I'm such a nice person and I also like to protect my energy by not reacting to his reaction but I really do regret it, if it wasn't for the shoes I really wanted I would of not purchased anything. I was looking at shoe cleaners cus I didn't know exactly what brand to get and he came around the counter and asked if I needed anything else.. like obviously I do I'm looking at these options while I'm line for some damn $100 shoes. I understand you could have helped me find what I wanted but he said "did u need something else" like atleast ask me if I needed help finding anything and if I say yes THEN come around and help me but he stood right next to me basically telling me not to touch anything, and that was his energy and it ticked me right off I even felt hot!! He came off in such a harassing way. I wish I could of spoken to a manager about it because it seriously is just so disappointing walking in excited to buy some shoes I've been wanting and then for him to just ruin my whole entire shopping experience I literally almost dropped the shoes and left. That was super pathetic, almost felt like he was calling me a rat. I understand your employees have to make sure no one is stealing but you don't have to keep bugging me after I'm already about to purchase something, being in my face asking me if I needed anything else well NO DUHHH IM LOOKING for it can you LET ME SHOP IN PEACE??? I'm TIRED of employees like this! I don't come in to places looking like a crack head. I'm a decent looking person. Stop treating me like a rat or a broke person. Have some respect.
