I sent my hubby to Sole Soups because I had a minor surgery today and soup just goes with taking care of myself. I asked for the Potato Leek, because it is one of my favorite soups. It was very good and I gobbled down a bowl. I did not ask for the Indian Chicken Curry soup because I thought it might be too much spice for my "fragile" state. Boy, am I sorry I did not get the Indian Curry Soup! My husband ordered it and it is amazing. So flavorful, mild spice but full of tasty goodness! I was stealing bites of his. We happened upon this place while visiting at Los Robles Hospital. Mom is vegan, it was cold and rainy so soup sounded appealing. The butternut and coconut milk soup is a home run! I'm not vegan, but this was absolutely delicious. Theee are many 'hot' options as well as frozen soups. There is also a display for a variety of beautiful green salads, tuna, egg salad as well as others. We enjoyed the soup so much that we made a stop and grabbed the lentil soup and the butternut coconut that we could keep frozen for a future day. I will be back! read more

I found this place by accident, and I am so thankful. I do wish it was closer to Camarillo, but when I'm near there, I will go. They have the very best tasting vegan soups I love every one I've had. I've come here a couple times now when I'm in the neighborhood. This is a takeout only place but there are tables and chairs outside in the courtyard. Sole Soups has been one of my favorite go-to spots since l started buying soups, chilis, and stews from them at the Calabasas farmer's market in 2017. It's very rare to find a restaurant that produces in-house wholesome food using whole ingredients instead of unhealthy processed food that's full of chemicals, gums, and fillers like most restaurants and food manufacturers do. In an era where customer service is often overlooked, I find the owner and staff to be some of the most thoughtful and appreciative people at any type of business l've been to in recent memory. I am obsessed with this place. I would say it's pricey but the quality of the food is great. Why not 5 stars? I love their Greek salads but they are usually sold out by the time i get there. They are open Mon-Fri and close at 6 so if i happen to leave work early I'll rush to get there before closing time which means i miss out on some of their soups or salads. I love this place and I love the concept of it all! I recommend this place to everyone! The clam chowder and jalapeño chicken chowder are my personal favorites--I even find myself craving the chicken Cesar salad from time to time.
