He literally checked every single drawer to find it for me. After searching, he only found 1 and offered me a discount if I wanted to wait a few days for him to order it for me. Not only did he take his time to mark my daughter's ears, he double and tripled checked it before showing me. After my daughter was screaming, he told me to take my time to calm her and don't rush out. While I was calming her, we had a great conversation. I learned a lot about his background and love for piercing. He truly is the perfect person for this job. I would definitely recommend this spot. I had a vision of what I wanted done as a tribute to my sons and from my initial inquiry through the finishing touches they helped me bring it to life. Communication was spectacular every step of the way - I shared an overview of what I was looking for through those first texts which paved the way for a terrific consultation where Jesse took the time to go over everything, let me know what he needed from me, and provided some great resources for picking out the right font, even providing helpful pointers for what to look for in different fonts so that it would continue to look great for years to come. On arrival day of Jesse already had a mockup ready to go and was more than accommodating with some minor changes I wanted done. I can't say the process was painless for obvious reasons but it was as smooth as one could ever hope for. The work was clean, the price was extremely fair, and I left with a piece I'm super happy with that has already received a bunch of compliments even though it's still in the healing phase. South Shore has my highest recommendation and has definitely won a repeat customer with me. Can't wait to do it again.

I was just giving a piercing and was alittle nervous. The front desk staff was doing a tattoo what i thought was unprofessional since you know patrons are going to be there random times. He told me someone was going to do it and i should wait in the back for about 10 mins. It end up being 30 mins. And it was from the owner! Who looked shady. He was high off some drugs and was slurring alot i hesitated but already gave him the money before he started. I kept telling him repeatedly what i was getting and he just walked away to talk to his employees and started sweeping. At this point i was getting frustrated. But he said sorry i dont like mess. Fine. Once he set up he dab alot of alcohol on my face and mouth felt numbed he kept being rough i told him okay thats enough. And once he started to pierced i bleed alot and he sprayed some bactine on in my nose and it started burning! This man is nuts and shouldn't even have a business. Never going back or recommend. After selecting the jewelry, I'm in the room with Elaine and everything was explained to me thoroughly. There was such a joyful warmth in how Elaine spoke that it completely relaxed me. A couple of deep breaths and I was expecting a pain level between 5-6 but believe it or not, it was like maybe a 1-2 and I think part of that is Elaine's experience with placement as well as her technique.
