She literally went over everything with me and goes above and beyond to get the vision I wanted on point and beyond. I have been going here for over two years and have only seen a clean shop with great artist. I have a full back piece that took over 30 hours and it is a flawless tattoo. For part of the tattoo i even gave Cory free range to do what she wanted and she killed every piece. I have recommended the shop to many people including my mother who received her first tattoo from Cory and my sister who had 4 previous tattoos but now has 6 with the last 2 from the shop. She also says that this is the best shop she had been too, and that she wont go to another. When we started on my back i had no idea how good it would turn out. I've gotten an Indian Henna themed sleeve by Cory Good. In my opinion, she's the best! So much attention to detail and really cares about getting the art down perfectly. Not to mention, the chick is as talented as they come! I love my Cory. It really feels special going there, almost spiritual. With incense burning, Demons, Buddhas, Ganeshas and Mother Mary images all around, I feel like I'm in a temple left alone to contemplate life's deeper meaning, while feeling the ink being forever-sealed into my skin. I got my first tattoo 20 yrs ago and that was the only other place I used, and when I first went there they told me it was a 6 month wait because I only do custom work. High roller was the only other shop I found that did great custom work. I'm not into flash art so when I went in to a bunch of other shops and they told me to pick something off the wall I walked out. But no matter what your into flash,modern,3 d,or traditional. I've been going here for 10 years and have gotten all my tattoos done here. The place is awesome. Great people and great artists. Cory is amazing and has always been hooking me up with amazing pieces. I have gotten multiple pieces done here and the place is always clean and sanitary. I have never had a single problem when getting a tattoo here. Definitely recommend this place when in New York. Will not find this level of care and planning anywhere else. I notice that the people who have something negative to say write reviews more so than those who are happy but I am definitely pleased with my tattoo! This is the second one I've gotten from here without any complaints.. I had worked with Albie my first time around and for my second tattoo I had the pleasure of meeting Marco.. I spent several months deciding on my 4th tattoo and i wanted something that meant a lot to me. Im not the best drawer but i came up with an idea, drew it out and showed it to Corey. When i say she killed it, i mean she really killed it. She knew just what i wanted and knew how to make it look sick... I had one session and it wasnt awkward at all. This shop is one of the most beautiful shops I have ever been in. Very clean. Every person who works there is a pleasure to deal with. Cory, who is currently working on my sleeve, is an amazingly talented artist. She helped me put my thoughts and ideas into a beautiful design. Don't understand what is with all the negative feedback because I didn't have a bad experience. I went there a couple of days ago with some friends and we all got tattoos and they were all awesome. The owner of the shop is incredibly friendly, helpful, and encouraging and the staff is just as great. I hit it off immediately with my tattoo artist and plan to keep going here for more tattoos. Made a spontaneous decision with my brother and Cousin to get tattoos one day and luckily enough we came upon this place we worked with the artist Cecelia and she was awesome. She was very professional, clean , just over all awesome to work with. Took a lot of care in her work And sanitized everything to keep her workspace clean.We got there around 4pm and was out by 9pm she did three tattoos for us, one for each and she did it quickly and effectively.
