I love going to twin moon tattoo and especially enjoyed my time with Carolyn. She has always been super kind, patient & accommodating. Carolyn did my first tattoo. I have been using her for 3 years and she has always created unique original and clean traditional style work I get compliments on every day. I am a very particular person and Carolyn's work speaks for itself. I can't even choose my favorite one because they're all so special and all done by her. Thank you for working with me Carolyn read more

I came on Christmas Eve to get my nose pierced. With covid, many places aren't offering under the mask piercings and I searched high and low for places w. Good ratings. I spoke with Caroline over the phone with any questions I had about the piercing and she was very kind over the phone, explained all questions with ease. Caroline was so kind and sweet during my whole session (which took maybe 10 mins). She's very personable and I'd come here again in a heart beat for another piercing. The cost was $50, and $10 if you needed the after care. read more

Brought my daughter there to have a tiny stud put in her nose. Very professional, clean, friendly and reasonably priced. The woman that performed the procedure was very motherly and patient. She treated my daughter with great care and explained everything that was to take place before, during and after. Very calming to a nervous young girl. Everything went great and would highly recommend this shop to all. A+++ read more

Went to see Carolyn multiple times, the first few times she was great, until I didn't love her work, when messaged about it she was extremely rude then proceeded to talk about me not liking her working to other patients, she rushed my tattoo and missed multiple spots after telling me I needed to make a 3rd appointment to finish my shoulder tattoo, I cannot speak on anyone else at this shop but I would not recommend Carolyn read more

I got an industrial by Mary and had a reaction to the jewelry (not her fault, I don't know I was allergic to surgical steel) and had to get it changed. I went to a different place to get changed and was told my ear was too thin for the piercing and the top/inner one would most likely reject and that I was pierced at strange angles that were pulling the piercings 40 and 90 degrees when I had the bar in. Overall not the worst experience, but I'd go somewhere else for complicated piercings. read more

Loved the place from the second I walked in, could use some more decorations and stuff like that but it is a very cozy and welcoming place to get a tattoo. I got my first tattoo here by Carolyn((total sweetheart btw)). I showed her the tattoo I wanted because it is a tribute piece. I airdropped it to her and BAM she stenciled it exactly how I wanted it. Not a single flaw or turn off with sanitation. Minimum shop price is only $80, which honestly isn't that bad considering how fine my lines were. read more

I would give this place 10 stars if I could ! Everyone was so kind and easy going and made me feel very comfortable. Got a few butterflies up my arm done by Richie and he is an expert at his craft ! He talked to me the whole time, made sure I was okay and asked if I needed breaks all throughout our session. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be returning. Thank you twin moon! read more

Just had a cartilage piercing done a few days ago, shop is super clean and the piercer is professional. Will be coming back

Great place all around. Very welcoming reception and waiting area and Carolyn is super nice and talented! Highly recommend!

I wanted to get a tattoo in honor of my mom who passed away in 2013. I went on yelp to find the best tattoo place and twin moon came up. I walked in and the place felt so zen. I was attended by Carolyn who was super nice. I showed her what I wanted and she said no problem. This was my 1st tattoo, so I was a little nervous. Carolyn made me feel at ease. I will be back for a second tattoo. Thanks Twin moon and Carolyn for making this a great experience. I highly recommend them. read more

I got a piercing here and at first, didn't think much of it since it got the job done I guess. Well after going to a professional piercer, I realized how much of a cash grab the piercing service is here. Before my piercing, I called ahead multiple times to ask what kind of jewelry they had here, and every time I got met with the same vague answer that made it seem like no one knew what they were talking about. I got the piercing done, they put in a hoop instead of a stud, which I found out increases the healing period by MONTHS. It was an overpriced service, with a bad piece of jewelry, which heavily extended the healing time. not to mention they don't wear their masks correctly and it was obvious the piercer didn't even know the diameter of the hoop they were putting in after I asked several times and got no response. read more

If you're making an appointment take it with a grain of salt because they may completely forget you by the next day

I followed Ritchie and Mary from Elmont to Twin Moons. The place is immaculate and the artists are all friendly. Ritchie is a master of his craft. All my tattoos by him are beautiful from the detail to the coloring. I've gotten so many compliments. He did a cover up and drew design on area and it was perfection. I highly recommend him. read more

Loved getting my ears pierced here!!! I was so scared at 27 for some reason even though I have other piercings lol. They were kind and made me laugh, and the piercing was done perfectly with a sterile needle. Will definitely be going back for more piercings here!! read more

Cindy is a genius. The shop is gorgeous. The staff is meticulous. You couldn't ask for a better place to get a tattoo

The owner of this shop is the most talented woman in the world of tattooing. Walk in and actually take the time to look at her portfolio, you will be blown away. NOBODY does it like it her. Before there were "reality" shows featuring overly inked and made up women tattooing, there was Cind doing it better for far longer than them. read more

I got my very first tattoo done here a couple days ago and it was awesome ! Anthony was my artist and he was so helpful in helping me figure out what kind of font and size would best fit my tattoo. They are very clean and take their time in making sure everything is the way you want it. Will definitely be coming back read more

got my 2nd tattoo here could not be happier with the experience the artist are much friendlier here at twin moon creations than the shop I got my first tattoo at where the artist messed up two really small spots on it that I have to get it fixed sometime soon. I will diffenently be getting more tattoos here in the future the atmosphere is nice the tattoo arist are proffesional and friendly. the artist who did my tattoo arist is names shannon sadly left recently and I gotta ask if one of the other arist in the shop if they'd be willing to do touch ups on the tattoo she did. read more

This place is so nice, great atmosphere. I got my tattoo from Erv and he was amazing, very professional, very thorough, his work is beautiful. I couldn't be happier, after going here I wouldn't go anywhere else for a tattoo. read more

Ive been going to see Cindy (owner) for years, as have most of family and friends. She is a phenominal artist and her work is reknown. Not taking anything away from squid, anthony and joclyn, but if ya want serious ink you wait for the appointment for Cindy. Everything bit of the experience from the price, to the conversation to the orginal art is something not to miss. On a side note, to the one star giver, anthony was probably "close minded" because he didnt want to put something rediculously silly on ya for the rest of your life. read more

These guys are talented and professional. I'll never go anywhere else now. Anthony did an awesome tattoo for me to cover up an unsightly scar. It looks amazing and the best part is that nobody can even tell the scar is under there. read more

I've had a few pieces done by Erv and I have no complaints. I have traveled to brooklyn just for him to tattoo me. He is a great artist and is really dedicated to his work. I have also seen some of the other guys work and they are also great artists. read more
