So this tattoo shop is so amazing so clean very professional, friendly, and dedicated artists all of them were!! My tattoo artist was eric Luciano he was awesome he did me and my boyfriend tattoos he was pleasant to work with he made sure that every detail before getting tatted was exactly to my liking, he made sure the size was what I wanted the coloring and all! He took his time with the tattoos and put his heart and soul into them which I highly appreciate! Legend Art Gallery is a stand up tattoo shop. The artists are incredibly talented and professional. They have a variety of artists, each with a distinct style that can help get the look and aesthetic you are going for. You can tell they take great pride in their work by how pristine the studio space is. Speaking of studio space the space is amazing. Its a great place to spend an hr or so getting ink. The prices are very fair, you get what you paid for. My wife and a few of our friends have been coming here for years and the work as always been impeccable. Well... where do I start! I had called on the phone and described what I wanted before coming in and had sent a picture of what I wanted! I was then told yea we can do this come on in... AFTER going in to the store the girl refused to do that tattoo and convinced us to get other designed she could do.. which made zero sense... when we already knew what we wanted. refusing to do it because you can't do it and refusing to do it because you don't want to us 2 different things ! And definitely got the vibe of " I don't want to" wasted about a good 1.5 hours there of looking at pictures she was suggesting us to do.. and then I once again said we can do what we originally want to... we were then told " I'm not gonna do what's not gonna look good in some time down the line" never heard this from another tattoo artist anyways we went to another tattoo parlor called Sparrow Tattoo and THEY DID AN AMAZING job and actually Laughed at our experience we had here! they have AMAZING reviews and their tattoos still look amazing after years !!! read more

Artist Gero and owner/artist Dave tried gaslighting me over rude comment, tattoo was not completely what I asked for and specified. While I can acknowledge that the a lot of the work of the artists here is very beautiful, and that the space is very clean and professional looking, the overall service was extremely poor. My tattoo artist was Gero. I had asked for a medium sized tattoo, with detail, and extremely minimal shading of a fairy with small flowers around her. While doing my tattoo I noticed that there was more shading than I had liked, I had pointed it out and the artist had told me no worries it would fade. Ok. Cool. But still I reminded, that I would like barely any shading. Again, I noticed that he was shading a little more than necessary, and I asked him to stop. He did then significantly shading, but still continued to do so. Afterwards, I was somewhat content, still upset about the shading amount, but there were parts of it that I did like a lot. I had wished that there was less shading, but it happened. He told me the price ($500), and I was a little confused. I acknowledge that there was some very cute and fine detail which I like, however since he did not completely do what I asked and added extra shading, I questioned the price considering he did more shading than I had wanted, then told me he charges $250 an hour. Okay, cool. At the consultation when I asked about price he did not tell me it worked by the hour, even though I had asked, he said at that time that it was dependent on factors like size. My boyfriend had been to this place and has a tattoo the same size for $200, hence my confusion since at the consultation he said nothing about "hourly". I said that he had made some mistake with the work, spent more time shading when I specified that I didn't want intricate shading whatsoever. His response shocked me. He said: "Well, it's my art!" with an attitude I responded with "But it's my body and my tattoo", and he didn't seem to care whatsoever. This is where it becomes absolutely insane. This comment was beyond rude and unneeded. I complained about him to the front and to the owner Dave, hoping to receive some form of compensation (never asked for free, I suggested less than 10% of the price being taken off) considering that he over shaded and was rude to me, or even a simple apology (or even just a "my bad") for the comment that was made and for going too far with the shading. My mother was with me and she heard me ask for minimal shading and also stated that I did in fact say this multiple times. Then, to my complete shock, Gero said to my face, that this comment was never said. I was completely shocked, because to make the comment is one thing, but then to say that he never said that????? What type of business gaslights their customers? Then what brought me to more shock, was the owner Dave backed him up, saying Gero had never said that. At the time the comment was made, I was in the opposite corner of the room as the owner who was tattooing someone, there was also music playing loudly in the store, so it was literally impossible for anyone to hear Gero make this comment other than my mom who was by me. Dave and Gero simply rolled their eyes, refused any compensation, and claimed I was making things up. The women employees in the store looked awkward, probably because they knew Gero and Dave were acting terribly. Completely unprofessional, and I'm so disappointed with this business. read more
