The piercer tried to remove my original jewelry without checking the gauge and mistaked my threadless stud for a screw-top. She had so much trouble removing it that she used two pliers, causing unnecessary trauma to my piercing. Then, she eyeballed the size and inserted a hoop that was clearly too small, causing my nose to bleed further. She then replaced it with a second hoop, again without confirming the proper gauge. My piercing ended up bleeding throughout the entire night. Because the piercer seemed to lack experince, I sought a second opinion who confirmed the gauge was too large and the material wasn't hypoallergenic. I returned to the shop where they refused responsibility, saying they didn't need to confirm my guage because they "know their guages" and dismissed my concerns by saying "all piercers talk sh*t." They've refused to issue a refund despite the clear mishandling. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for safe or professional piercing services.
