I submitted an online inquiry, booked my appointment online detailing what I was looking for and filled out a consent form. Again, my booking says lobe and navel. I get there and get greeted by Jessica with "you're here for the tongue and eyebrow piercing?" -- Whoa... nope! We eventually move to the piercing room (wildly uncomfortable plastic chairs that belong in a backyard, not a tattoo/piercing shop) and begin to mark my ears for the lobe piercings. I didn't love that the marks were so far from my existing piercings so I asked for them to be adjusted. They adjusted it, I approved. Finally they pierced them. The piercings were UNEVEN. I had to let the further one close so I could get it pierced again in the proper place. The navel piercing is fine in terms of being centered but my skin reacted poorly to the original jewelry and didn't start to look normal until I was allowed to change it out months later. Most notably I was hoping that whoever did my piercing would be at least somewhat personable but instead Jessica barely looked at me and or spoke to me outside of a regurgitated spiel about keeping the piercings clean and minimizing infection. It was delivered so quickly and monotone that it sounded like the bleak side effects portion of a medication advertisement. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want to be spoken at instead of to, be forced to wear the ugliest starter jewelry (that's also next to impossible to remove) or to get uneven piercings. In the end I spent $120 total tip not included with plain starter jewelry. In retrospect I think that's kind of insane

A third nurse later came in and seemed unaware that we had already been waiting and apologized. Overall, the process felt a bit disorganized, with some lack of communication between staff members. The service itself was polite, but I was also surprised by the pricing. I was told I couldn't get my ears pierced with a gun and that it had to be done with a needle, which was $35 per ear so totaling $70 for both ears. On top of that, I had to purchase the studs separately, which were $70 each for each ear, totaling $140 for the pair. My total came to $245 for the piercing, earrings, and the $20 solution which felt quite expensive. While the staff was professional and kind, I think clearer communication about the process and full pricing upfront would have made the experience better.

We still had the earring. We brought her in the next day to get her ear pierced again. Long story short, they charged us the for one ear piercing and made us buy a new set of earrings. They said it was unsanitary to use the original one. I feel the earrings they provide should have screw on backs or be of better quality that they don't come off. Kids are rough and sometimes not careful. A 30 day window is kind of ridiculous. All in all, I was just very disappointed with being charged again when I feel they should stand by their product and service.

We are both off on Friday, so we made plans to go. Due to Covid, things are a bit different. We had to add our names to the list, and then we were told we would be called when it was our turn. We waited and waited. We ended up waiting over 5 hours! I feel the girl that was taking names should have told us how long the wait was as we would have not waited in the car and would have went out for lunch or something. However, the good thing about waiting in the car was we saw the tattoo artists take multiple smoke breaks! The piercer also took multiple breaks to smoke. Not sure how sanitary smoking and then doing tattoos/piercings are, but I would hope hands were washed before starting a new tattoo, even though gloves are always worn. When it was finally our turn, we learned that only ONE artist was doing the Friday 13th special, which would explain why it was taking so long. Again, this should have been told when we added our names to the list. When it was my turn, my artist was very quick. What do you want? Where do you want it? Having many tattoos, I know this is the process, but how about a quick introduction as well? I don't even know what my artist's name is/was. He also did NOT wrap the tattoo when it was done. Also, when I was getting my tattoo, another artist came into my "room" and was having a full on conversation with my artist talking about the client he had just tattooed. He was also showing my artist pictures on his phone. So inappropriate to do when doing a tattoo. That conversation could have waited for the next smoke break Even though I went to this shop for a "sale" I wouldn't recommend this place for a tattoo or a piercing to anyone.

It's way too dark, the promised detail is absent, the strings are a holy mess (she originally put only 5, then when I noticed, she squeezed in the 6th, but didn't even get close to even placement). Extremely unprofessional work. It is inelegant and embarrassing. Here is an independent assessment: "The commissioned guitar has delicacy and air in it. The bridge pins are crisp. The saddle reads clearly. The body has grace. The shading supports the form instead of swallowing it. * The tattoo you got was packed much darker and flatter. The bridge was already reading as a black bar. The strings were already too heavy and somewhat clunky. The pickguard was already visually dominant. The lower body already had that blunt, flattened feel that later sent you to "So it goes." * Even fresh, the negative-space pin detail was tiny and under pressure. So the fact that it disappeared under healing skin is not surprising. It was never given enough breathing room." Heaven was nice enough until I complained about the work. Then she became childish and defensive. But, you will note that she never posted this piece on her instagram. I don't blame her, it's terrible. I am going to need to have serious repair at great expense. I'd stay away.
