My eyebrows have lost volume and have become very sparse as I have gotten older (62 y/o.) I finally went for a consult with Olga and immediately knew I had found my person. I scheduled my appointment on the spot and went back a few weeks later for the work. She is so nice to deal with, is a highly experienced artist, and is also extremely detailed and precise in the planning stage - shape, color, fullness, etc. All decisions were a conversation, based on my inclinations + her guidance and expertise. I am so happy I went through with it, and I highly recommend Olga without reservation. It is a joy to wake up in the morning, look in the mirror, and have eyebrows!

But I do have to admit the lady who did my nails Hannah I believe that's her name was very quick to the point I felt the entire process was rushed. Appointment was required for Groupon but not for regular customers I believe. They have limited free parking spots available at the front of the entrance. The place is not exceptionally clean at all, but I would rate it as 6 out of 10 (1 is the lowest and 10 is highest). I saw some strands of hair in the sink which is located right in the middle of the salon. Hannah was sweet and polite to have a conversation with. Compared to other salons, their gel color selection is limited. My nails were done a bit too fast that often Hannah left traces of nail polish. I had to remind her to clean it up few times. But overall it was fine and I like the gel color I chose. It has been 4 days seems to be fine so far but normally my nails last 3 weeks. Hoping this last around the same time period!

Chicki (I hope I'm spelling her name properly) did my nails and I cannot say enough good things about her! She was so attentive and did an absolutely amazing job on my nails and pedicure. I was very nervous because I'd never had tips before and Chicki was so so sweet and made sure that I was satisfied with my nails. I showed her a picture of the kind of nails I wanted and she made mine look better than the picture. I genuinely enjoyed coming here and it was such a great time with the ladies who work here. I will say however, it's pricier than your regular nail salon but I see myself coming back here because I'm very satisfied and the service was great. I recommend this place!!

I gave her a chance to outline it again to try and get it right and it was even worse. I should of known it was going to be bad because she never outlined the shape for me initially to show me how much she was going to take off and check if I liked the shape... she just started waxing . I won't even embarrass myself by taking a pic of the outcome I only come here when I'm super desperate and my main lady at Taryn Brows is booked up but I can't even use these ladies as back up. They said they weren't able to do an extension because there were people who were coming in after me... 1. Why confirm an appointment for an extension if you have no time? 2. It seemed offensive they favored other clients over me. They offered to do a lash lift and I agreed. As good client services, they should have charged me with what I originally made an appointment for... you would think. No, they charged me an extra $90 for a service I did not want. The kicker is, not one person walked through the door. My appointment was at 5:15 and I stayed til 6:20.. Not one person came in. If there was a 6pm appointment and they didn't have time for my extensions, then where was the next client? No one in sight... Unfortunately, every negative experience I've had has involved the owner/manager. The first time I visited, I brought my daughter, who was 8 years old at the time. I was asked if I could pay for the service and tip in cash. I told him I didn't have cash on me but had some in my car and would be right back. His response was, "Can one of you stay behind?" as if he didn't believe I was coming back to pay. I made it clear that I was not leaving my young daughter alone. I told him he could either accept my card or wait for both of us to return from the car. That interaction left a very bad impression. The second experience was just as disappointing. My aunt had given me her gift card because she had a negative experience and refused to return. I used the $110 gift card toward services for my daughter and me. As soon as I handed him the gift card, his entire demeanor changed. He became visibly annoyed, started speaking to another employee in his language while looking at the gift card, and made me feel uncomfortable for using a gift card that his business had sold. On top of that, we waited over 30 minutes past our appointment time. I recently purchased another gift card for my daughter, and I'll let her use it, but after that, we won't be returning. It's unfortunate because the rest of the staff has always been courteous, professional, and welcoming. My issue is solely with the way the owner/manager treats customers.
