As I walked in I was greeted by both a sales assistant and Rebeca the owner. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and within a few minutes, I had beautiful sparkly studs in my ears. I was very pleased with how meticulous Rebeca was on making sure the holes were even, she even pulled out a little ruler to measure. The piercing was pretty painless (it was my third hole so I'm kinda a pro.) I was really happy with my experience. It's a calm environment which I think would be good for kids. You are given a cleaning lotion and instructions how to keep them clean and infection free! I am pretty sure they do cartilage piercing on the ear also. I thought it would be best to go back to the shop to get it replaced. I went in, explained the situation and I was told because they are doing a piercing promo they could not do anything today. I again explained I originally got the piercing done here, the jewelry is in, I just need the stud replaced because I don't want to go to sleep and it get pushed further in. I was told "Im sorry. There is nothing I can do today because the room is occupied." I have multiple piercings in my ear done by different artists, this is the only one to come undone. For a business to turn away a returning customer who is coming back with a concern from previous work is truly poor business practice. And I cant imagine how they handle bigger issues/concerns.
