I thought it would be best to go back to the shop to get it replaced. I went in, explained the situation and I was told because they are doing a piercing promo they could not do anything today. I again explained I originally got the piercing done here, the jewelry is in, I just need the stud replaced because I don't want to go to sleep and it get pushed further in. I was told "Im sorry. There is nothing I can do today because the room is occupied." I have multiple piercings in my ear done by different artists, this is the only one to come undone. For a business to turn away a returning customer who is coming back with a concern from previous work is truly poor business practice. And I cant imagine how they handle bigger issues/concerns. So many other shops in the area to go to. Save yourself the headache.

The artwork on the wall wasn't intimidating, and the workers were present but definitely about their business. As we spoke to the front desk manager, she provided us with details about pricing, scheduling, and leaving a deposit. On the day of our appointment, we spoke with Tiffany about the design and she presented ideas of how to improve it. She was professional, courteous, and flexible. This being my first tattoo, she made me feel comfortable by describing what to expect, which helped to calm my nerves- her pink bedazzled tattoo gun helped as well. One thing I appreciated was the extent they took to sanitize the room after each person was done. All in all, Tiffany did an amazing job! She is a passionate artist who takes pride in her work. As I walked in I was greeted by both a sales assistant and Rebeca the owner. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and within a few minutes, I had beautiful sparkly studs in my ears. I was very pleased with how meticulous Rebeca was on making sure the holes were even, she even pulled out a little ruler to measure. The piercing was pretty painless (it was my third hole so I'm kinda a pro.) I was really happy with my experience. It's a calm environment which I think would be good for kids. You are given a cleaning lotion and instructions how to keep them clean and infection free! I am pretty sure they do cartilage piercing on the ear also. Beside the ear piercing, they have a ton of cute accessories to browse. I ended up getting a necklace that have been searching for after seeing it on a girl at the Belmont Stakes.
