Communication was spectacular every step of the way - I shared an overview of what I was looking for through those first texts which paved the way for a terrific consultation where Jesse took the time to go over everything, let me know what he needed from me, and provided some great resources for picking out the right font, even providing helpful pointers for what to look for in different fonts so that it would continue to look great for years to come. On arrival day of Jesse already had a mockup ready to go and was more than accommodating with some minor changes I wanted done. I can't say the process was painless for obvious reasons but it was as smooth as one could ever hope for. The work was clean, the price was extremely fair, and I left with a piece I'm super happy with that has already received a bunch of compliments even though it's still in the healing phase. He literally checked every single drawer to find it for me. After searching, he only found 1 and offered me a discount if I wanted to wait a few days for him to order it for me. Not only did he take his time to mark my daughter's ears, he double and tripled checked it before showing me. I showed him a pic of what I wanted with a few minor changes and then he got to it. The tattoo took no more than 15 mins tops. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and given a whole tattoo care instruction sheet, also fantastic. It was basically painless, really not bad for the spot. I was just entirely anxious. I enjoyed my experience and definitely would come back soon for a piercing. The tattoo costed only $60. I've talked to folks with a $100-$150 minimum, so I was very happy with the price as well. I thought it would be best to go back to the shop to get it replaced. I went in, explained the situation and I was told because they are doing a piercing promo they could not do anything today. I again explained I originally got the piercing done here, the jewelry is in, I just need the stud replaced because I don't want to go to sleep and it get pushed further in. I was told "Im sorry. There is nothing I can do today because the room is occupied." I have multiple piercings in my ear done by different artists, this is the only one to come undone. For a business to turn away a returning customer who is coming back with a concern from previous work is truly poor business practice. And I cant imagine how they handle bigger issues/concerns. So many other shops in the area to go to. Save yourself the headache.
