I had a terrible experience getting my nose stud changed to a hoop at this shop. For context, the piercing is 2 years old and had been fully healed for a year. The piercer tried to remove my original jewelry without checking the gauge and mistaked my threadless stud for a screw-top. She had so much trouble removing it that she used two pliers, causing unnecessary trauma to my piercing. Then, she eyeballed the size and inserted a hoop that was clearly too small, causing my nose to bleed further. She then replaced it with a second hoop, again without confirming the proper gauge. My piercing ended up bleeding throughout the entire night. Because the piercer seemed to lack experince, I sought a second opinion who confirmed the gauge was too large and the material wasn't hypoallergenic. I returned to the shop where they refused responsibility, saying they didn't need to confirm my guage because they "know their guages" and dismissed my concerns by saying "all piercers talk sh*t." They've refused to issue a refund despite the clear mishandling. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for safe or professional piercing services. read more

I absolutely LOVE solid gold tattoo. Danielle has been doing my tattoos for YEARS. I refuse to let anyone else besides her, do my tattoos. Her vibe and personality is amazing, she's not heavy-handed on the needle, she takes her time and she's honestly very patient if you're needing a break or a moment to just get up and take a quick stretch. Needles are always sanitized, freshly opened. Target area is always cleaned and shaved before the session starts and Danielle always makes sure I'm super comfortable and ready before starting. Overall, everyone in the shop is very nice. Helpful and friendly but Danielle is just my personal go-too lady. I do believe the prices have increased since COVID but it is what it is. I got a pretty good and cool tattoo, I didn't really receive any good advice for after care and the guy that tatted me gave me a glove instead of properly wrapping me up. I understand he had appointments and was in a rush, but at that point he could've just told me to come in another day. I also left an appointment after that experience to get another tattoo. The front desk guy seemed either new or just unprofessional. I set the appointment, called in a few days later to change the date. He ended up putting me for a completely different date than what we had agreed on over the phone. I honestly preferred losing the 50 dollar deposit. He was not personable at all and I honestly should not have even went though with it but I was already sitting in the chair. It was a fairly small particular tattoo and he was not interested in anything I said or expressed to him. The lines were much thicker than I wanted. And he messed up a piece of it. I gave him a tip for his services even though I was dissatisfied and he said nothing. I don't even think he knew my name. Terrible work by Danny . His work on my arm was described by another artist as "did you get this done at a party or something" . I was embarrassed . It was basic easy tribal work on left arm and it looked so bad i had to have it touched up and added on. Overcharged me and it was on a sunday where he said he spends time with his family which is fine and all but i came on a day i had off and it was a few hour labor work. I was treated awful at mutiple shops so went to this one to get a consultation I walked in soaking because it was raining the guy there his name was rob he said I could charge my phone and offered me to take a seat and offered me to take my coat off I said thank you I email him a picture of the tattoo I wanted wrist to elbow tattoo he printed it out and said this looks like 300-350$ which was great it was in my budget I said I could do that he let me after I put deposit down he let me put a date down and let me have a open slot to change date if need to wasn't sure because my schedule crazy he even said I could email him or call him close to date he was a very nice gentleman and southern manners he made me feel comfortable he gave me a card saying I put the deposit down and he even gave me a buisness card in case my mom had any questions really sweet guy if your going here get rob he make you feel at home and respect you and work with you so since he was so great and awesome customer service I'm actually getting my whole forearm tattooed by him for 350$ in April awesome shop cozy read more
