I called today to inquire about the charge and was told I needed to let the front desk know THE DAY OF no longer needing the storage unit. When I spoke to whoever was at the front desk this wasn't told to me and I spoke to two different individuals. When I called this morning whoever answered the phone simply repeated that there's no way of knowing what the people I spoke with told me and that there is no way to receive a refund. I explained I spoke with two different individuals both of which didn't bat an eye or say anything when I told them I only needed the unit until June and not for July. It's a crappy thing when there is no other option in Greenfield except for going out of town.

This company does not deserve a -5 stars. All of my goods, furniture and boxes are covered with…read moremildew and mold. This morning, I was told by the Manager: "...you are just a tenant and you think that you are more important than you are...", then hung up the phone and refused to answer when I called back. On Saturday, January 24, the Manager allowed a tenant to block all of the aisles that led from the entry door through 2 more aisles for several hours. It was impossible for any tenant to get in or out of the building with anything. In fact, the Manager allowed the tenant to block aisles for other tenants to get to their goods. 3 other tenants were equally upset with not being able to get in or out. I spoke out and asked, then demanded, that the aisle be cleared for other tenants to access their units. I called on Sunday, January 25 to complain to the Owner about the situation and the Manager's position. Same Manager, as she represents herself, answered the phone and informed me of how unimportant tenants are to the Owners. The entire situation occurred, because the Manager waived the rules for 1 unimportant tenant in prejudice to other unimportant tenants. It is expensive and not worth it.
