However, a few days later some debris/garbage from one of WGH's neighboring jobs ended up in our yard as it was a windy day, and the cleanup wasn't as thorough as it should've been so debris was left in our yard. Not a great situation, but what happened next really stood out. Martín, the owner, responded quickly, took full responsibility, and even came by in person to make sure everything was properly cleaned up. He was thoughtful, professional, and clearly cared about making things right. We appreciated the follow-through. Overall, it left a really positive impression. They've repaired lost shingles, and wind damage to the soffits. When they replaced the roof for my house and garage it was supposed to be a two-day job. I had surgery scheduled for early on the second day. But they doubled the crew to finish the job in one day so I could recover at home without the noise. That was unexpected and greatly appreciated. They also quickly fixed leaking downspouts that were clogged from leaves. About a week ago they installed gutter guards. Each roofer they've ever sent for estimates and/or service has been an honest pro. Jerome is responsive, great at troubleshooting and patient when explaining things. He notified me that there was moss on the roof, but that it was spotty. He removed the moss, sprayed the area to prevent the moss from returning any time soon. He explained the reason for the moss, which was only on the front side of the roof, was due to that side of the roof being closest to the surroundings trees, which prevented it from getting much sun. The quality of his work was exceptional and the cost to have it done, was minimal. Keith was honest and provided great quality service. I now have someone I can call whenever I have roof and gutter issues.

Megan handled the HOA permissions, and the installation was completed ahead of schedule when Sky NRG found an opening that suited me. Juan and his team managed the installation with careful attention to the aesthetics of the panel placement. Robert, Sky NRG's CEO, was present during the installation, underscoring their commitment to customer satisfaction. We discovered issues with my existing electrical panel during the process, and Robert recommended replacing it.
