It did not disappoint, Roberto O. took my order and he pretty much suggested what to get as far as a sandwich (based upon my restrictions) and the chips that would complement the sandwich. He recommended the Firebird sandwich and the Funky cushion chips (which is a mixture of salt/vinegar, mesquite BBQ, etc.). After receiving my order, I wanted to view the sandwich and take a bite. I was parked in the 15 minute parking space and one bite turned into eating half the sandwich and bag of chips in my car! I'm very picky about sandwiches and sandwich spots, but this is my new go-to!

first time here and was disappointed. I work at a cafe myself and i understand it gets busy in mornings but all due to respect getting inpatient with a customer insane. I work mornings shifts and I never treat customers bad or even roll eyes at them so when I notice the rolled eyes I was like okay...all I order was a strawberry matcha w/ oat milk and I didn't get oat milk, and was charged extra for the oat milk, but it appeared that regular dairy milk was used instead. This is concerning because some customers are allergic to dairy or cannot tolerate lactose and rely on milk substitutions for health reasons. If customers are paying for a milk alternative, it is important that the correct milk is used. Please be more careful with drink preparation to avoid potential health risks and ensure customers receive what they paid for bc I had an allergic reaction...I didn't end up going back bc I wasn't going to make an issue and the matcha was okay doesn't look high grade ceremonial matcha if you want to get a better matcha try cafe the scoop, or mai coffee. read more

The food itself was mediocre, lacking in flavor and presentation, and fell short of expectations. To make matters worse, the staff got our order wrong the first time. When we brought it to their attention, they corrected it, but did so with a noticeable attitude that made us feel uncomfortable, as though we were inconveniencing them. The situation escalated when the owner approached us mid-conversation, interrupting without so much as an apology. I was tricked by the line long line and 4.5 yelp reviews. The store was dirty, poorly run, and Theyre doing too much. They have ice cream, coffee, Costco pastries, cheesecake, and a bunch of random stuff, none of Which were good. Took 20 minutes to get my drink , which was terrible and sour , and to top it off They made my coffee wrong. Also even though I didn't order the açaí I saw they use skippy peanut butter.
