They returned my laptop in even better condition than when I brought it in. What impressed me the most was how knowledgeable, experienced, and honest they were. I even asked about replacing my touchscreen, and instead of trying to sell me an expensive repair, they told me it wasn't worth the cost and that I didn't actually need to do it. Vess diagnosed the issue on the spot (he must have seen a lot of similar problems) and fixed it in less than a day. The price was reasonable and he also recommended cleaning the inside as it accumulated dust (see photo), which explained the overheating issues I had to deal with frequently with the laptop. The cost of repair was reasonable and he also offered several pieces of advice to prevent similar issues in the future. I am very happy with the service and would recommend working with them for any Mac laptop repair.
