The flan was creamy and after you are done you get a nice disc of candied sugar as an extra bonus. Let's start with parking, very difficult to find a spot, not much available. Then you walk in and you are greeted by ropes so you can order your food from a screen. No warm hellos or someone there to help you with the process, very confusing. Then when you go pay it ask for a tip?!? Why, so far I had to figure it all out myself! They'll give you a table number and sit where you want. They will deliver your meal. If you check in with YELP, they will take off $5.00 from your $30.00 bill. FOOD: VENEZUELAN EMPANADA (fried) we ordered the chicken and it came with a dipping sauce. Ummmm...it was yummy. Especially the sauce that came with it. I started dipping everything else with it. ARGENTINEAN EMPANADA (baked) we ordered the beef. Not sure how it tasted? We waited...waited...and waited and it never came. I asked a server where was our empanada and he told me that they ran out. Why didn't he tell me instead of not saying anything. That's why a four star rating from me. I was very disappointed! He told me to pick a dessert in place of it. Coconut flan was his recommendation. Wow! I see why they have great reviews. This place was wonderful. Despite being busy on a Saturday afternoon, the food came out in a decent time and was fresh. The customer service was great. After looking this place up, I opted for the Churrasco since the pictures looked appetizing. This dish did not disappoint. My husband ordered the slow roasted pork and that too was delicious. You place your order on a computer screen which I thought was a little odd. For this unfamiliar with this type of cuisine you loose the human element of explaining the nuances of each dish. The restaurant is eye catching I loved the whole feel of this place, but let's talk about the food, I got the pork with rice,black beans and plantains.
