Great little place to get some good Cuban food. We sat out on the patio which was nice. We shared the 36 hour pork dinner with three sides and added an order of Tostones. The toast Stoneys came with a dipping sauce. They are a must so delicious. We also enjoyed the pork, it was not at all dry and was very flavorful. For sides we opted for the black beans, yellow, rice, and potatoes. All were very delicious, would definitely like to eat here again in the near future. Almost overlooked this place on Yelp because I was a bit worried about trying something new but glad we got the chance to dine in for the whole experience. There was a line from the door to the register - fairly busy for a Thursday night. Once you place your order, they will give you a number stand to place on the table. This place has to be my favorite quick service restaurant in the area. You can order at one of three kiosks and also have the opportunity to order at a podium with a person. This place is a hidden gem found right next to Disney. It's a great spot to find Cuban/South American food. They have 2 kiosks where you can order yourself on a computer and they also have someone who can take your order. Indoor has a very industrial, modern vibe. They also have a bar inside. There's plenty of seats outdoors as well and it's covered! We ordered a Cuban empanada with chicken, a Cuban with tostadas, and a pabellon that has shredded beef with lettuce & tomatoes sandwiched between two large tostadas and a side of fried yuca. I can't say enough about Sofrito. I was in town for a Disney vacation and honestly the only thing I cared about was getting a Cuban sandwich. I did a quick local search and Sofrito was 1st to come up. Boy did it deliver! It was a perfectly made sandwich which hit all of the notes I was wanting. My wife tried a Pabellon arepa and it was sooooooo incredibly tender and delicious. We went twice during our stay and that's what she got both times. They also have 3 hot sauces to add to your dishes. I tried them all and they were truly all delicious. I love spicy, and the spiciest one really was spicy. Decided to share so we could try a bit of everything, we ordered the Cuban beef empanada, arepa pernil, churasco with sweet plantains, yellow rice, and fired yuca! I don't know why it took so long for us to try this place, but I am glad we did! The food is delicious! We have been twice so far and I got the same thing, pork with red beans, yellow rice, and a salad! OMG! So good! I even tried a strawberry smoothie and it was so good and refreshing! You order at the kiosk or with an employee, take a number, and find a seat (inside or out), they bring you your food and drinks but also have a water dispenser outside for your convenience. Service is quick, friendly, and efficient. My only complaint is that it is so popular that parking is hard. I stopped in here for takeout while staying nearby for business. The Yelp reviews looked promising so I gave it a try. When I arrived they have a sign out front saying to be patient with their employees as they are currently under staffed much like many places these days. The interior is nice and clean. You can place your order at the counter and sit down if you are dining in. The menu board overhead denotes what is vegetarian which is helpful. I ordered all sides, white rice, black beans and sweet plantains. I waited less than 5 minutes and my order was ready. The food was very good. The rice perfectly cooked and the black beans had great flavor. The sweet plantains were also very tasty. The service was great and the food was quite good.
