Ordered at 7:15, pickup at 7:35. Didn't receive order until 8:12. Understandable, they were busy, but still unacceptable. But what's more unacceptable was the cook handling food without gloves, wiping his nose, shirt untucked. I brought this up with the manager. Her response? A casual thanks for letting me know, not a care in the world. Then she said she called my order 10 minutes ago but that I didn't come to pick it up. She KNEW I was waiting there for my order, as I had just spoken to her a few minutes prior inquiring about my order? My checksum: unsanitary, unpleasant staff, uncaring management. I actually didn't get a chance to eat here because as soon as you walk in your greeted with a strong pungent order coming from the nail salon. The smell of acetone and nail polish was so strong it took my breath away. It was stronger than being inside the nail salon. Smells like they ventilate it straight into the restaurant. Warm food was slathered with excessive amounts of grease/oil. It is not edible if you are counting calories, watching cholesterol or have a dislike for greasy foods. I never thought that a warm bowl (black beans, carrots, kale, noodles, shrimp) would be literally floating in grease. I brought it to the attention of a staff member. She said that the large amount of grease was needed so that the food didn't stick to the grill. So, this is not the place for healthy eating or for dieters. There is no ambience here. I've been waiting for this place to open and finally got the chance to try it. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly. Ordering was super easy and convenient on the screens in the dining room. I got a warm bowl with chicken that was Mediterranean style. Seriously so delicious and fresh. My daughter is such a picky eater and very hard to please but she got a fruit bowl and cheese quesadilla and she loved it. I also tried the banana and date smoothie it was delicious as well. My husband had to ahi tuna bowl and he said it was great but really spicy! We will definitely be back and can't wait to try the other options. read more

This is the kind of place I want to go for takeout, but in order to order online they require you to sign up for an account using both an email and phone number. Additionally, there is no option to forgo signing up for their loyalty program. This is personal preference but one thing I don't need is another useless one off account where the company's privacy policy allows them to share my contact info with marketing partners. So, for me this will be a walk-in dining place only, which is unfortunate. That said. The food is good and ordering inside is simple enough assuming you are comfortable using a kiosk. read more

Food was delicious, but the self serve kiosk were overwhelming especially for a new place. They should have had employees helping customers with any questions that they had in regards to placing an order. It also took 25 minutes for us to get our food which for some people may not be bad but when you have a toddler their attention span is short. Got the comfort bowl after a long day that consisted of 5A workout, nine hour work day, and two 45-minute car rides to and from work. Absolutely worth it! I had been wanting to try this spot since it opened and got the chance to today. So glad I did! I got the Kale Ceasar Salad with Grilled Shrimp and It was AMAZING!! Portion size was good for the price. I was greeted right away when I walked in and acknowledged when leaving by the staff. Was looking forward to trying this place. Extremely disappointed in food and service. Portions were too small for the price. I ordered the Sriracha veggie rice bowl. Protein portions were extremely small for all my orders. Not worth the price! When I arrived my order was not made. I had to wait an extra 40 minutes to prepare and they almost forgot a smoothie and a quesadilla after all that. I will not be coming back again.
