The Dough Show is a hidden gem! The lamb kofta wrap was flavorful and perfectly seasoned, although could have been slightly larger with more filling. The tabbouleh was fresh and refreshing, and the chicken shawarma bowl was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

I am late to the dough show party but glad I finally tried it! I had the chicken kofta wrap and it was pretty good. I feel like the chicken could stand to be a little more flavored, but it's not bad by any means and I would for sure eat again and I also look forward to trying other things in the menu too!

Looking for a fun and unique place in the Bartram Park area to bring the whole family? The Dough Show in Jacksonville is a fast-casual Egyptian restaurant known for its halal, Middle Eastern cuisine, especially its hand-stretched, clay oven-baked feteer (pies) and shawarma. Both the adults and kids had a great time watching the live kitchen experience where we could see the food being prepared and dough being stretched and tossed. Some of the popular items we enjoyed were the chicken and beef shawarma, kebabs, and sweet and savory pies. Don't sleep on the amazing Dubai dessert! With the "show" along with great service and hospitality, fresh ingredients and traditional recipes at the forefront, this is a great addition to our emerging foodie scene! They're open 7 days a week - check 'em out!!

What a fantastic experience! They deserve more than five stars The food, the cleanliness of the dining room and patio, and the excellent customer service made this place truly memorable. First I ordered a chicken shawarma Feteer (Egyptian-style pizza) as takeout, and it was absolutely outstanding. I put it in the air fryer and it was so good. That experience inspired me to return and explore their other options. I dined in this time and tried the beef Feteer, which was so impressive. Watching them make the flaky pie sheet was like being on a food show--I'm sure it's fun for kids too. They add filling (meat and cheese) and top it with various toppings then bake it in the oven. The freshly made fetter was amazing. I was blown away! The flaky layers and crispness were fantastic and much better than regular pizza. I'll definitely be returning for more. Next time, I plan to try the Custard Feteer and falafels. They also have $5 menus, which are amazing for those who don't want to spend a lot. It's definitely a better choice than fast food restaurants around there. So glad that it's near my house. The dough show is a must-try! The pictures were from many visits btw

I've been on the hunt for a Middle Eastern spot that gives Halal Bros and Juicy Platters vibes from back home (iykyk), and I'm pretty sure I hit the jackpot. Dough Show did not miss. I ordered the falafel bowl with hummus and tabbouleh and when I say everything tasted so fresh and flavorful omg. The falafel & rice were perfectly seasoned, the hummus was creamy and the tabbouleh was bright and herby in the best way. The only thing I wish is that they gave more sauce or the sauce containers were a little bigger because that garlic and spicy sauce... chef's kiss omg. I wanted more so bad. 10 out of 10 will absolutely be back. If you love fresh, flavorful Middle Eastern food, this spot is a must.

I've never heard of The Dough Show. I knew right away that I wanted to try it out. I ordered two beef shawarma sandwiches which cost $9.99. Great price for two sandwiches. I was shocked to see that there was barely any meat on either sandwich. Honestly, I would've settled for just one sandwich with an adequate portion aka "a realistic adult sized serving." I also expected the beef to be moist. It was not. The beef was very flavorful. The service was pretty good. The cashier was friendly and smiled allot and the guy that bought the food out made sure that I was good. I went back a different day to buy the Dubai chocolate desert for a Christmas party. The desert costs $19.99 and it serves 4-5 people. It was pretty good. The dough was chewy. A little too chewy for my liking. There isn't any kataifi (shredded phyllo dough) in this desert but we still enjoyed it. I really liked the ambiance as well. They have spacious booths which is nice. I'll definitely go back especially for the dessert options.

Wow! Just heard about this place and got some food delivered. Ordered the chicken shawarma and the mixed feteer. The feteer was incredible. Feteer is described as an Egyptian style pizza and it delivers. It's like a magical quesadilla meets pizza. Man it was delicious. Give it a try!

Wow this was yummy! I saw this place and knew i wanted to try it, very thin dough that's baked crispy is soooo good to me! Looking at the menu I wasn't sure what to get so we kinda pointed and ordered. We ended up getting one of their Fateer, it's thin dough that's stuffed with your choice of protein/ veggie then topped with cheese, olives, tomatoes... so delicious! I especially liked the parts around the edge that weren't covered with cheese cause they were crunchy still, where the ones in the middle were more soggy. Still really enjoyed this and the regular was more then enough for 2 people. The Kebab bites was like a Shwarma wrap that's cut into pieces to eat easily, filled with pickled veggies, garlic sauce and chicken( i think) , also very good! Prices were on the high side, but the guy is literally making your food fresh too order. Service was great also, friendly and helpful.

We detoured en route to a nearby fast casual to try The Dough Show tonight and glad we did. We weren't familiar with all the dishes but got help with a few questions. We opted to order several things and share. The star for most of us was the Dough Show feteer, which was like a flaky bread stuffed with cheeses and meats. The falafel were also great and we enjoyed the chicken shawarma plate - the rice was deliciously spiced and the garlic sauce was so good. Lentil soup also tasty, though smooth and not exactly what I expected. Fresh pita too. The fresh pineapple juice was a hit with one kiddo, though the other cited too much fruit oulp. The baba ghanoush was quite different than I'm used to and not quite to our liking, but that's a personal preference, not a shortcoming. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the manager (owner?) particularly made sure we had what we needed. Boy did we - we left with food for another meal! My only recommendation is to revisit the configuration of the tables - some are pretty close together making it hard to grab a refill without disturbing others. Love there's a drive through, too.

Came here for dinner mid-week. Menu wasn't too overwhelming and decided on getting a bowl with rice. I got the combination (chicken and beef shawarma) with two sides: hummus and tabouleh. Also came with two dips; I got the garlic and spicy. First bite, I noticed the rice had a unique flavor, something I wasn't used to and honestly not a big fan of. The meats were very dry and pieces were cut in a way that it was super thin, which might be the reason it tasted dry. I really liked the garlic dip, not so much the spicy. Hummus and tabouleh were pretty good and the best part of the bowl for me. Service was fine and the fast casual restaurant was clean but I probably wouldn't come again.

Another Mediterranean place was a must try! The inside was nicely decorated and absolutely spotless. They even have a drive thru which is a rarity for a Mediterranean place. The food was fast, fresh, and absolutely delicious. It is more than worth the money and we will be coming back!

The food is worth the wait. Worth the drive. Worth the money. We weren't sure what yo expect - menu looked great and we wanted to try something new. The savory feteer with chicken was amazing. We made no modifications and it was so much food. Well worth the 35$ price. The fries were great- good quality, great taste, good cut. Please never change them. The service was good, polite, and brought it out to the car for us (we went through the drive through and ordered a few things that took longer) cannot comment on the ambiance because we didn't go inside but I know we will. 10/10 will visit again.

We ate here two days in a row, and that alone says a lot. Day 1: We ordered the $32.99 mixed platter with kebabs and kaftas -- the meat was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The sides were just as impressive. The hummus stood out -- it's more of a smooth purée style instead of chunky, and it was so creamy and delicious. The rice and tabbouleh were both fresh and well-seasoned. One small note -- I'm not a big fan of whole peppercorns, so I wish there was an option to have the rice without them mixed in. We also added tahini and garlic sauce -- the tahini was great, and while the garlic could've been stronger, it was still really good. Day 2: We came back for more and tried the bowls this time -- chicken shawarma and beef shawarma (around $13+ each). Both were excellent, packed with flavor and generous portions. We also added the Dubai Choc platter -- amazing flavor and huge portion for $19. The only thing I'd change is having a smaller size option, because it's massive! Overall, the food is fresh, flavorful, and worth every dollar. The Dough Show is now officially one of our go-to spots in Bartram Park. We'll definitely be back!

It's a really small place, about 4 tables, 3 of them will seat 4 and 1 will seat 2 people, then they have a few tables and chairs outside. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. It was a bit overwhelming to order; my brain was on overload for sure. You can build your own, I started with that, but I wanted to pick more options, than what It was suggesting. And I didn't want to end up spending $50 on one bowl. I was at the self-order machine, and ordered the Bankok bowl, then realized the machine didn't take cash. So, I had to go to the cashier for her to take my order, by then I forgot what I decided. She was very helpful, even before I had to go to her for her to take my order. I got the teriyaki bowl with tofu. And the Kale smoothie with green apple. You taste mainly green apple with this smoothie. It's sweet, but not too sweet. The Teriyaki bowl came out smok'n hot! I was impressed with that alone! The sauce, came on the side, in a little pre-maid container, and it was just enough sauce for the bowl. That bowl had so much flavor. And the tofu was great! I would defiantly check this place out again!

We were told that they have some new items the Southside location doesn't have yet so we of course had to check that out. Ashley and I narrowed it down to 2 options. The Southwest Bison for me and the Turkey Burnt End Cuban for her and of course Sweet Potato Waffle Fries for both sides. Our food came up pretty quick and both looked great! The Southwest Bison Wrap comes loaded with Bison, Corn & Black Beams with their Chipotle Ranch, Queso Sauce and Lettuce and Tomato. This wrap was great and had so much flavor. I thought their Buffalo Chicken Wrap but this is a whole new level. I also loved the kick you great from the Chipotle Ranch. It's just a mouthful of amazing flavors in each bite. The Turkey Burnt End Cuban Flatbread was also amazing. I will say I had a bit of a blonde moment because at first thought this was more of a flatbread pizza not a flatbread sandwich. I will say that made it even better for me. I well say if you said "here try the Burnt Ends in this" I would for sure think it's beef not turkey. It's that good! Tender, juicy, and with so much flavor! I might be coming back for this within the week. I also got a couple of their to-go menus for when I go into the office so this will make my life much easier too. Welcome to the neighbor Clean Eatz and we are so happy to have you. There are tables to dine in & some outdoor tables with umbrellas as well. I was looking at a bowl (med. size is @ $12.50 plus to add protein is another $2. For the turkey ends) but for lunch I was trying to keep the cost down. I might try the bowl for dinner. I opted for the turkey burnt ends flatbread as it was a better value @$10.50 and comes with a choice of one side. I opted for sweet potato fries as my side. When I opened to styrofoam container I gotta say it didn't look appealing but after my first bite when I slathered that sauce on it was delicious. ( I would consider changing up those to go boxes. ) The flatbread was toasted and warm with cheese and pickles to accompany the yummy turkey. The sweet potato fries were tasty but lost something in the traveling. They were mushy. I imagine in store they hold up better. While I was waiting for my order someone came in to pick up a meal plan order. I asked her what she thinks of the plan she said all of the meals were excellent except for one that she's had (she couldn't remember which one). She orders them all the time and uses them for lunch for work. Sounds like a good idea. I suggested to the owner that they sell those turkey burnt ends by the pound. They're so good! If you're sick of fried food and trying to watch your health while eating some delicious food, I would definitely try this as an option.
