Italian cold cut grinder
Paul J.

First time dining on this past, Father's Day stopped in for a quick lunch Italian cold cut grinder was excellent, as well as the hot sausage with peppers and onions and cheese. Portions were excellent. Service was excellent and it's still very nice quiet place to have a lunch even on a busy Father's Day afternoon.

Ordered lasagna not sure what this is

WORST LASAGNA EVER Ordered two orders of lasagna at $19.00 each picture speaks for itself I don't know what it was ricotta and some sauce and a piece of lasagna noodle paid over $40.00 for this crap never again.

Eggplant Parmigiana, consistently good. Enough for 3 meals.

Sure I'll bump my stars up because Sofia's is consistent. Every meal has been good. Every pizza delicious. I haven't ever left unhappy. Their sauce (gravy) is perfection. Meatballs like mom's. Delicious rolls. Fantastic pizza. Fresh seafood. Portions usually enough for a hearty meal the next day. Interior could use some modernization but I think that's the charm of these old consistent Italian restaurants. 5 stars for the food

My 1st visit to this restaurant was recommended. We went here and the ambiance is nice and relaxing, plenty of seating. The service was decent, our waitress was not very attentive at first but we noticed she was busting her back and busy with other tables but she was very apologetic to us for waiting. After that we placed our order and got our food, and boy it was very delicious. We will definitely be going back here. If you're in the area give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Met a friend for a drink and dinner. This location has been around awhile and beloved by locals. However, for a non-local it's just average, at best. The service was great. Dinner rolls were soft and hot. My salmon salad was huge but the salmon lacked flavor and tasted weird. My friend had the cheeseburger and it was fine but nothing special.

Ate here for the first time this week and have nothing but good things to say. The food was amazing. The service was quick and friendly and it was the cutest little place. It was clean and well themed. They were busy but attentive. And the portions are HUGE! Everyone in our party left with at least 1/2 of their meal to enjoy the next day.

We eat whenever we are in the area. Upon seating they bring fresh hot dinner rolls with butter and a plate of seasoned olive oil. They kept bringing rolls as we waited for our order. My order was the Sofia special which is a trio of lasagna, stuffed shells, and eggplant, served with a side of pasta. My husband had the meatball parmigiana plate with oven baked meatballs and peppers covered in mozzarella cheese. The dinners come with a soup or salad. Boys had a half pepperoni - half sausage pizza, which they thoroughly enjoyed. With no room for more food, we had to try the Tiramisu....delicious! Total tab? $77. Great service as well!

Last night while enjoying the live music and beers at Dudleytown, we were in the mood for something to munch on. Conveniently, the menu for Saults was right on our table. The menu features, salads, tacos, burgers and pizzas. We got two pizzas. The Truff Mushroom and the Pepperoni. The pizzas are very small and they come in just one size. Upon ordering they gave us a buzzer to indicate when our pizzas would be ready. After around a half hour wait, they were ready. The Mushroom pizza was loaded with mushrooms, ricotta, fontina and mozzarella cheeses. The crust is thin and this pizza is delicious. The mushrooms and the assortment of cheeses make this a dream topping. It was fragrant, crunchy and so flavorful. I didn't try the Pepperoni pizza, it was also a hit amongst our group. Saults Electric Cuisine offers tasty options in their menu. I wouldn't hesitate to stop by when in the area in the future.

Perhaps their other food is better than what I ordered, which was a combination grinder, but I have to say compared to others that I've had in the area, this seemed more like a 7-Eleven convenience store hoagie with its limited amounts of meat and cheese. The other thing that I'll mention )just because it seems to be a theme at every restaurant that I've been to around 8 PM in this town), everybody seems to be far more concerned about walking out the door two minutes before they're supposed to close is the impression they leave on guests now walk in 20 or 30 minutes before closing time. This will be the third time I've been to some quick family dining establishment in the area that I've had this experience-- I'm gonna offer management the same advice that I've offered to other establishments nearby: If there is a time of day that you want to leave work, you should close your business in whatever time it takes for you to clean in order to make that happen as opposed to risking guest walking in and being made to feel as if their inconveniencing everybody who works there for making the decision to go to your establishment to spend our money.

The place is order at the counter or online and there are a few booths and tables. I stopped by Moz after taking a brief stroll through this old mall, which has seen better days. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza ($4 plus tax) and a 12: Chicken Parm Grinder ($14 plus tax) with peppers, onions, & mozzarella cheese. The slice of pizza was reheated in the oven and I ate this here as I waited for my sub. The thin crust cheese pizza slice (1/4 of pie) had a firm crust topped with red sauce and browned cheese on top, which was pretty good. The grinder took a while since after making it, they were using a hot press on the grinder. Once it was bagged and ready to go., I decided to go out to the vehicle to enjoy. However, the grinder roll was hot, but the fillings including the cut pieces of breaded chicken, red sauce, peppers, onions, and cheese were not hot, but warm and cold. I believe they should have oven baked this grinder instead of using a hot press meant for paninis for best results. I decided to wait until I got home to reheat my grinder in the toaster oven, which was pretty decent overall.

The charcoal along the crust was a necessary addition. Buffalo Ranch Chicken was a beautiful sight and was the pizza that got me to try this place. Unfortunately it was not as flavorful as I hoped, the cilantro overly garnished, and neither the Buffalo sauce nor Ranch stood out. Good for looks and photo ops. Pepperoni, while not was a popular choice via through website was may favorite. Pepperoni was crisped along its rounded edges while not too greasy. Making it their own, there was an extra addition of Parmesan cheese which I found enriching. It was a great enhanced spin on the basic pepperoni pizza. Margarita, one of their most popular also didn't wow me but it was good. The tomato sauce was sweet however I wish there was more Mozzarella or just larger slices. It also seemed they added cheese on the entire pizza, having a general cheese flavor throughout the whole slice. Service: Very kind and genuine people. Quick service and the time stamp on my online order was met almost on the dot. Ambiance: This made Moz their own place and somewhere I have never seen before. Of Southeastern Asian ownership, the music and decorating in the shop reflected this. Additionally the style and color of some of the pizza toppings remind me of such flavors. Overall it was a relaxed and welcoming spot.

The staff is friendly (and patient too). We'd never eaten here before, so it took us a few minutes to try to make up our minds what to order. I ordered the "Italian" grinder (Half grinder) with everything (except mayonnaise) heated a little, and I had them add sliced pickle. Pickles cost extra, not sure why. This amazing delicious Italian grinder is literally the best Italian grinder I've ever had from any deli or restaurant! It was at least 4 inches tall, filled with lots of ham, Capicola, and Genoa, shaved lettuce, cheese, pickles, tomato, onions, peppers, and I had them add a little EVOO. I ate the whole thing (which actually was too much for me to eat at one meal, I would have been full with 1/4 of a grinder, instead of the 1/2 grinder, and I didn't eat any side dishes.) It was that amazing, I ate until I was very stuffed. My husband said his (Half) Pepperoni grinder was not nearly as good. It had pepperoni slices and cheese, that's it. He asked for lettuce, but they either didn't hear him ask for lettuce or forgot to put it on. He got it heated. I suggested that he get some sauce or something on it, but he didn't. He said next time, he'll definitely order something different. The grinders are a bit pricey (mine was $13.99 plus 75 cents for pickles, plus tax), so about $15.00 total for a half grinder; however, keep in mind the name of the restaurant, H&M Pizza & GIANT Grinders, and they live up to that name, and they are well worth the cost! I don't know whether or not they will let you order just a quarter of a grinder or not. If not, you can always save the other half for another meal. I want to try a different type of grinder the next time we eat here, and I sure hope that all the others are as terrific as the "Italian". We live 45 minutes away, but it's well worth the drive.

I ordered a 1/2 Reuben sub, 10 wings, and an order of fries--total came to $34+ before tip (I tipped 20%). Waited over 45 minutes, which was already frustrating. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for it. The wings were overcooked--dry, tough, and lacked flavor. The Reuben was even more disappointing. The corned beef tasted bland and processed, almost like it had been frozen for too long and reheated. There was an overwhelming amount of meat but barely any sauerkraut or Swiss cheese, making the sandwich very unbalanced and not enjoyable. I grew up working in my family's restaurant, and one thing my dad always emphasized: it takes a long time to earn a customer, but only a second to lose one. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve.

They pretty much do it all with a breakfast and lunch menu, gorgeous baked goods, plenty of coffee beverages, gelato, a big spacious dining area, Acai bowls and smoothies, nice outdoor seating plaza, friendly and very pleasant staff, and plenty of parking in that big shopping center where Routes 140 and 5 crisscross each other. It was difficult to limit the number of things we walked out with to a reasonable amount, but we did get an almond croissant, a ham and cheese croissant, two chocolate croissants and a gingerbread muffin. We split the almond croissant for dessert, and it was stellar -soft and flaky with a sweet almond filling. The next day, I had the ham and cheese croissant for breakfast, and it was amazing as well. I was surprised at how many ham slices were inside. We finished off our haul with a chocolate croissant each, and they were the best of the batch. Fresh, flaky and absolutely loaded with a blanket of decadent chocolate. So, after visiting both Cafe Baristas, it appears that you simply can't go wrong with anything coming out of their kitchen.
